So I was in the market for athletic shoes. What better place to shop but MC, the king of sporting goods? I found the WALL of shoes with no problem. There stood 3 employees blocking my path. I politely excused myself while they moved a foot or two and continued their conversation about who would drive to the party cause someone was gonna get wasted! After about 10 minutes when they were finished with their business, one of them said to me «need help?». I said no thank you and left. PS. Did buy shoes at another store!!!

Recently went here to replace a sweatshirt that my girlfriend stole from me and then left town with it. Unfortunately, they did not have the exact replacement and they don’t even make that color any more but they were able to find me one in a different color and gave me 20% off as part of their back to school sale. Sort of a happy solution to having my favorite sweatshirt ever stolen from me.

Wanted to try on several articles of clothing. Fitting rooms are locked instructions are to ring bell and wait for clerk to open door. I rang the bell waited for 10 minutes and no one came. As I was waking out of the store noticed 2 female sales associate casually chatting at register as no customers where checking out. Once in my car I called the manager Bob and let him know that not letting customers in the fitting room (esp when sales assoc are NOT busy) is a big deterrent to customers buying clothing or coming back to the store. Which is now my feeling for the store… no reason to come back
