Regal Nails

I love a good pedicure and this one was just okay. It was very rushed. I probably was sitting in the chair for less than 15min. I hadn’t had a pedicure in at least two years so I was expecting to be there for more than 15min. My toes looked great but I was very disappointed to see that there was still dead skin on my heels when I was done. I don’t expect perfection, but I think a smooth foot is not asking for too much.
If you need a quick pedicure and don’t have high expectations then this is your place.

We are vacationing in the area. Based on other reviews, I decided to try Regal. It is inside the Meijer store so very convenient.
I needed a mani-​pedi. I was a walk– in. They very nice and fit me in even though they were busy. They seemed to have a lot of regulars. It is well organized and very pretty décor. Also, I thought it was very clean.
I really enjoyed the people running it. Sue did an awesome job. I am very pleased. I will definitely return when I am in the neighborhood. Thank you!

Their selection of shellac is very limited. I wanted a peach but landed on what I thought would be close at a light pink. The lady who did my nails was able to fit me in even though I had just called and made an appointment. The color turned out really bad — see through and uneven.

I just went to the this salon for the first time this evening and I had a great experience. The nail technicians were all very friendly and made the experience even more fun by talking and being friendly. It made me comfortable and felt like going to thw nail salon with friends even though I went alone. They seem to have a lot of fun with each other and their clients. Everyone in that salon had a smile on their face.
They also seem to take their business seriously though. They have a great reputation in town, and they told me they really value that and strive to maintain it. It was the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to, and they had no problem explaining their sanitation procedures that they take to ensure the safety and health of their clients. They do have an autoclave in the main salon area, but obviously do not use it during business hours. This is the same kind of machine that is used to sterilize tools used for surgery at a hospital. It would be more unsafe to use the autoclave with customers in the salon because of the extreme heat and steam produced.
The price was very good, and I was very happy with my manicure. They have a very large selection of polish colors to choose from. The technician was very thorough in her job of caring for my cuticles etc but was skilled enough that the manicure was a reasonable amount of time.
Overall I was extremely pleased, and I definitely would return and recommend others to go to this salon.

I took my boyfriend with me to get a pedicure. What I found was a lot of sarcasm and passive aggressive humor. This leads me to think that they really hate their jobs. I felt like they felt put out that I was there. The girl doing my boyfriend’s feet made a few rude comments. Maybe she was trying to be funny, but a professional should know that you don’t make negative comments about someone’s body. It was a pretty disappointing experience. Also, they have an autoclave machine clearly on display, but I never saw anyone use it. What I did see were the nail technicians rinsing off their instruments in a sink with water and hand soap. That is not sterilization!

I took my mother-​in-​law to get our nails done for my approaching wedding. Not only was the service fantastic but they managed to squeeze in an appointment for my flower girl to have her nails painted at the last minute. They took extra care putting on my acrylics at the paint job was perfect. I will definitely be going back!

First timer but became a fan fast. First — it is located inside a big grocery (Meijers) so easy to find once you realize that. Second — always call a couple days ahead to get the time you want. It is a busy place but a true favorite of lots of locals. Made an appt for my sister to get a fill for her gel nails so I made an appt for a manicure. CJ did a great job on the gel fill and Andy, my manicurist, was a real hoot — fun and professional. Great selection of colors.

Love this place tucked inside Meijer! Fabulous service & great mani/​pedi. Eyebrow wax always looks great! Prices are very reasonable. Call & make an appointment, so you don’t have to wait!
