I’ve tried coming here a couple times this week (during normal hours) and both times they were closed, I would think I’m just unlucky but other Unilocalers say the same thing about this location. The hours open sign says open at 9am I showed up at 9:50an and the will return sign says 10:45… Pretty sure they just choose what hours they want to work

This store is never open when ever I come here. I give is 1 star mainly due to customer service.

The young man working at this location is incompetent to say the least. We directly handed him an address to input for the delivery of our Christmas present package to my niece and nephew and unfortunately we didn’t notice that he completely put in the wrong address. When I called back to ask him to fix it, he said «Well I put in exactly what you told me so there’s nothing I can do.» I asked politely if I could speak with the manager and he refused to let me speak with anyone! Luckily, I signed onto the UPS website and was able to correct the address online. If I can sign in and correct it online by myself, he should have been able to by phone when I called. He was a very rude and lazy young man.
