NuLaMa is subcontracted by Balfour Beatty to clean and repair half of the Travis AFB houses for military families moving in. My husband and I are one of those military families and we were offered a house in Travis AFB. In July, we moved into that house, which was supposedly cleaned and repaired by NuLaMa. Upon initial inspection, I found several windows would not close. Several window screens were bent and needed replacement. In the bathroom, the vanity board was broken. There was a screw stuck in the electrical socket. A bedroom door knob was installed backwards. One of the light switches’ faceplates was broken. The kitchen blinds needed replacements. There were also large holes all over the yard. NuLaMa is also responsible for cleaning houses for new tenants. The house appeared unclean. The linoleum floors were stained with dirt and food. The floors in the kitchen, bordering the kitchen cabinets, were littered with dirt and food debris. Inside the kitchen cabinets, I discovered food and dirt stains, food and dirt debris, and dead bugs. In one of the lower cabinets, there was a large trash pile that their employees ignored or never investigated. Several pantry shelves were covered in food debris. The inside of the pantry doors were covered in dirt and food stains. The refrigerator and dishwasher’s exterior doors were covered in yellow stains and the dishwasher’s interior was caked in residue. In two of the bathrooms, there were feces stains on the exterior toilet bowls. The half-bathroom’s floor, walls, and door had dirt and yellow stains and a spider nest, despite being«cleaned» three days prior to the move in date. There was dirt on the upstairs bathroom’s floor and door and opened toilet paper in the cabinet. In the master bathroom, makeup debris was on the floor. I cleaned most of the issues, except for the feces stains. My husband and I complained to Balfour Beatty’s management and they had NuLaMa return to repair and clean the items they should have completed within the 14 business days of time they had to prepare the house. Three employees came to the house to repair and clean: the owner of NuLaMa, Mr. Temo Salazar, the cleaning manager, and their young employee. Mr. Salazar fixed one window screen, the broken vanity, and filled the holes. The BB maintenance crew fixed the other repairs. I asked the cleaning manager and her employee to clean the pantry shelves and doors, the dishwasher, and the kitchen ceiling. They sloppily cleaned the pantry shelves and swept the food debris onto lower shelves and the floor. They did not clean the pantry doors. The dishwasher was sloppily cleaned. The cleaning manager decided to poorly paint over the food and grease stains on the ceiling. Afterward, she told me grease stains were hard to get out and she would return to touch up the paint. The cleaning manager never returned. Later that week, I complained to the housing management about the additional sanitation and repair issues I discovered. The head manager met with me and said he was surprised how terrible the house looked because NuLaMa’s workload was light the week our house was prepped. Later, he arrived with Mr. Temo Salazar, and gave him an overview of the issues we encountered. Mr. Salazar scheduled an appointment with my husband and I to discuss his employees’ poor work ethic and to replace a door stop. Mr. Salazar failed to show for the first appointment time and called me almost two hours later to tell me he could stop by at 5PM that day. My husband returned his call and Mr. Salazar said he could not come at 5PM, but he would call us back. The next day, we still did not receive a call so I called him and scheduled an appointment for the next week. Mr. Salazar did not arrive for that appointment or call to inform me he would be late. I filed a third complaint to the housing management and a BB manager personally escorted Mr. Salazar to the house to ensure he and his employee would finish their work. Mr. Salazar never apologized and portrayed his absences as miscommunication despite our multiple conversations. Only after I told him that his behavior was unprofessional did he apologize and agree to look at the documentation of the house’s sanitary and repair issues. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by NuLaMa’s unprofessional behavior and terrible work ethic. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The owner, Mr. Temo Salazar, skips appointments and needs to be escorted to finish a job. The cleaning manager and employees do not finish jobs and cannot clean feces stains off of a toilet or wash a pantry shelf. As an added insult, their card boasts«serving military families.» From my experience, NuLaMa preys on military families and makes a nice profit while military families are forced to either fight to get their homes properly sanitized and repaired or to finish the work themselves, like my husband and I did.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Travis Air Force Base, CA
ALL Travis AFB housing residents(and surrounding civilian community as well): this is DEFINITELY who you want to hire to come clean your house when you’re moving out of on-base housing. Same company that Balf Btty housing office contracts out to, so you know their standards meet or exceed those of the housing office. I have just completed a PCS move out from on-base housing on Travis AFB and hired this company. The quality of their work is best stated by the housing office rep who did my final inspection, «immaculate!» Very detailed and thorough cleaning of EVERYTHING! Every individual I interacted with was extremely professional and courteous, not to mention incredibly accommodating. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this company. If you want peace of mind that the job is done completely and accurately the first time, hire this company. Great pricing for the service they provide.
