Employees are not helpful. Very rude. GREAT clothes, though.

Frankly it seems to be part of the ARITZIA brand to be rude and unhelpful in any way they could!!! It’s the same with the London Ontario store!!! Don’t answer their phone and when you finally get them, they are snappy as if it’s not their job to check on merchandise for customers!!! Then you go in store and they are frankly just useless… there should be robots to fold clothes and space hangers evenly… i think they would be friendlier and more helpful that what you encounter from human sales people at Aritzia! Will NEVER be shopping here again with their attitude to customers… they should receive the ‘most unhelpful’ award!

Ever since my SA left, I’ve really grown to dislike this location. I’m never acknowledged when I’m there, and if that’s not bad enough, I’ve encountered multiple SA being petty and/or gossiping while at work(and neglecting customers). If they don’t have your size, there is barely any attempt to contact another location for your size. The lack of customer service is so off-putting that I now refuse to buy anything here and support their commission. I end up leaving frustrated and either ordering online or calling my SA at another location to grab stuff for me.

Aritzia staff: all you do is fold clothes and give death stares. Not once have I been helped in this store. Your clothes: everything is overpriced and the hem lines are super weird. I’ve gotten a few items from Aritzia and ended up tossing them because they are so unflattering. 300 dollars for a scarf is disrespectful.
