Ok they have a great selection from lower brand name items up to the high end wear, and even formal wear. I love that it’s a one stop shop. Downfall is their return policy. It’s 30 days, sometimes after that they try to hustle you and tell you it’s not returnable all for even a store credit! I got a gift for Christmas and just got around (6 weeks later) to exchanging it (not return, and I had receipt) and 3 different people tried to help me before telling me it couldn’t be done, I had to ask for customer service number like 3 times before the manager pushed the exchange through! This always happens, even sometimes if you buy off the website so beware!!! Eventually they did it, but why piss off a pregnant woman you know?! Also, the really cute stuff can get really pricey, like 100 $ and up for a top… Take advantage of their sales because you can get good deals like 100 $ for 50 $ coupons which are awesome! Regardless of the headache here and there, I will be back eventually!
