McDonald’s

Definitely one of the nicer McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The bathroom had a fully stocked bun of paper for the diaper changing table which is rare. Great play place. Very clean. Love the view.

Being a trucker I visit many fast food restaurants. This McDonalds was clean!!! The employees were very friendly. I screwed up how I ordered & still got what I wanted! Not their fault I can’t read so early in the morning. Pleasant experience! And they have a HUGE number of regulars for breakfast. They have their groups & everyone knows everyone! Good place!

Drive thru was extremely slow, cashier struggles to take my special order and the over-​all friendliness was below average. I completely understand it’s fast food. I understand it was at dinner time, but what’s so bad about smiling and at least acting like you like your job. You won’t get many repeat guests if you off both slow service and weak hospitality.

Typical McDonalds. That being said I have never had a less than normal expected service and food here. It’s what you expect a McDonalds to be.

Well… it’s Mickey D’s…not a five star restaurant. With that said, I typically have a good experience with this particular location. I’m normally a drive thru customer in the mornings. Typically for an iced coffee. So, because of that I don’t have problems with getting the wrong order usually, but I do have a problem with the inconsistency with the way the iced coffees are made. To avoid this, I’ve started telling them how many squirts if cream and syrup I want… this is a bit annoying ;(
Overall though… the food is typical McD food and the staff is normally friendly, and as with any business with such a large percentage if high school student employees… the service is mediocre… all predictable and expected.
It is also clean and recently remodeled so the atmosphere is very modern and sleek.

I went back today and guess what… my order was completely incorrect. I received someone else’s order and they probably received mine. I drove back and went inside to speak with the manager. The response I got? Sorry. That’s it!
