If I could post 0 stars I would! Sooooo upset and worst customer service ever! Me and my two sisters walked in and no one said welcome or anything. We were totally ignore and then we started asking the two workers questions and neither one knew by saying«well I don’t know» and didn’t care to look up a uniform in there system. They were very rude and rushing me on anything I asked. Attitude problem for sure. One smelled like cigarettes and i thought that was unprofessional! I didn’t even want her to help me because of how she smelled. I hated my experience and I would never go back because scrubs are not cheap and I’m willing to spend over 200 dollars and they lost my business.

Employees are rude and not friendly. Not helpful for looking for things either. They moved some of their items around and I asked if there were anymore anywhere else and they just looked at me. When I finally found the item I wanted, it was not in my desired color. I asked if they can look in the back to see if they have it, the girl just rudely replied that all their inventory was out. Did not offer to order it for me or anything. Also there were posters for BOGO40% off scrubs and apparently the offer was over and no one took them down the night before. It was about 3 when I went. When myself and another women tried to use the discount the women argued that it was over. You’re telling me that when people are actually trying to use the discount that you wont honor it? They should have took the posters down first thing before opening rather then halfway during the day. Overall, good selection of scrubs but bad customer service.

Clean, neat, and very organized… Staff not very friendly nor inviting. I usually go to another location but since I live in Rochester Hills I figured I would give this store a try. The first time I went in I was just browsing as I was shocked it was in the plaza, when I entered not one single person acknowledged my or my mother’s existence. After about 15 minutes we left. The next time I went was only because I went to Wal-Mart and I really wanted another scrub set and I believe in second chances. This time the same thing only difference is I was actually purchasing something. Usually I wouldn’t make a purchase when service is poor but I will not go back to this location again. I felt very unwelcomed.

I have shopped at scrubs and beyond for a couple years now. Always had a good experience. They always have the style, color, and size I needed. This includes my husband as well. I wear XS to S, he wears L to XXL. Their selection is very good, everything from $ 5/$ 10 tops to the more expensive $ 30 range. Also, I LOVE that they ask which hospital you are affiliated with, in order to give you some savings. So many stores keep it such a secret… Come on, we work hard and if a discount is available let me know about it LOL. Like I said, I’ve been happy with my service and choices here. Will definitely keep returning.

I stopped in with my girl so she could pick up scrubs that she had ordered. Initially I had planned to wait in the car but I’m always looking for a new lab coat for the office but I’m not a fan of plain white. They certainly have scrubs but the«& Beyond» part, not so much. Every men’s lab coat they carried was white and they were all of a similar style. A little color and some differing styles and pocket options would’ve been helpful but unfortunately I didn’t find anything here. The staff was friendly and helpful though and the store was organized and tidy.

Never too late for an update: upon posting my first review, I was contacted by the Regional Manager of Scrubs and Beyond. She expressed concern about my review and the eageriness to resolve the matter. She offered to have my desired scrubs ready for pick up at the store along with a twenty-five dollar gift card. I appreciated her willingness to change my impression of the store so, I took her up on the offer. With my work schedule it was a good week before I could make into the store again. The store manager was very welcoming and aware of the matter. I’m not sure if there was a lack of communication between the store manager and the reginonal manager but my scrub size was not available in the store and had to be ordered. Once again, as much as I appreciated their willinginess to resolve the matter: why didn’t you think to call me and let me know it had to be ordered online? It would have saved me a trip and wouldn’t have had to wait another week to recieve my scrubs. The manager was nice enough to have them shipped directly to my home with no additional shipping costs. Although I didn’t leave with what I wanted that day, the effort was noted.
