The Vitamin Shoppe

I’ve been to many locations and for the most part I’m satisfied but this location is lacking compared to the rest. The customer service is overly helpful to the point of aggressive. Why do 5 people need to ask if I need assistance? I can see they’re bored but I felt harassed by the end of my visit. If they weren’t the only ones around to carry my specific supplements I would’ve gone elsewhere. From now on I will avoid this location.
After all the aggressive sales-​people «helped» me I realized once I got home that the woman who helped me wasn’t familiar with my supplements and didn’t read the back carefully, although I made sure to point out the exact words I needed to match.
Overall aggressive yet poor customer service.

I actually like The Vitamin Shoppe. There are many locations and they usually have the supps I use. I could probably get a better price using
or My Protein, but I don’t have the patience for delivery and their prices are pretty good. Plus, they have decent sales. That being said, this location really lacks in customer service. I’ve been here a few times and each time, the staff is unfriendly. Hey, it doesn’t hurt to smile! This last time it was actually uncomfortable. The guy working seemed like he really hated his job and was working there as some form of punishment. It was a VERY negative experience. Unfortunately, this was not the first time (same guy). I’m usually really stoked to come into a supplement shoppe, all the protein, pre-​workout and aminos! I get dizzy with excitement just thinking about it! However, this location is so dour and negative it actually sucked the joy right out of me. It was so bad that I’d consider going to GNC and paying more to avoid this place. Point, great supplements, big selection, but customer service a huge ZERO! I will not be back

Very clean and and this one blond or brown haird women, i believe is the manager, was so helpful. You definitely can tell she really cares for her customers. Very helpful and has a great attitude.
They keep it clean in there. The coolaid man wouldnt even want to bust in that shrine of cleanliness.
Vitamin Shoppe has awesome prices. whats surprising is that most of their items beat online prices. Sure you can find one and say i lied but add the shipping and then talk to me!

My go-​to for all supplements. Clean, organized, friendly. There is one guy in particular who really knows his stuff (forgot his name :/​). But he has actually talked me our if buying $ 60 supplements in favor of a different brand that was half as much, and it truly was a better sup. It was nice to not just be up sold. Oh, and at the end of each year that your a member you get a rebate coupon from what you bought!!! We got a coupon for $ 100!!! Happy new year!!! Lol

The staff knows what they are talking about and prices are fair. I seem to always find my stuff on sale so that is always a bonus.

I’ve been coming here since last yr after I decided to start working out again. The staff are very helpful if you have a question about a product or what your goals are health wise. The store carries all sorts supplements from, Protein shakes, weight lost products to Vitamins (obviously since they are called Vitamin Shoppe). They also have a membership card or rewards card that is for free, this allows you to accumulate point every time you make a purchase, Last yr I got a $ 120 gift card from them which was pretty cool since I go here a lot. I wouldnt even compare this place to GNC since GNC are usually over priced and sometimes the staff are not very knowlegeable. If you decide to give Vitamin Shoppe a shot you wouldnt be disappointed especially if you are use going to GNC.
