Excellent customer service! I went in with no expectations and walked out a very pleased customer. I shopped for new boots at other local shops and received zero help. Zero. Peter and Jamie helped and were absolutely great. Peter was extremely helpful when I told him about my boot situation and had no issues bringing me any and all the boots I wanted to try on that day. Very knowledgeable about different options. I walked out with new boots and pants! Not pushy at all. Great service and loved the décor. Definitely recommend stopping here before anywhere else in Truckee.

This place is amazing! If you’re into board sports and haven’t popped in here yet I would recommend it. When you’re not absorbed with staring at all the beautiful and super efficient gear around you, your eye is drawn to the beautiful wood décor. I want these guys to design my house!
Gear wise, Anything you might be looking for and nothing you’re not. No gaper gear, none of the usual Tahoe ski shop clutter and pushy salesmanship. Just solid, really good gear and really kind, helpful people. Oh and there’s a full tune shop with talented people behind the tools. I had my boards done here and they did a great job at a good price. I’m quite glad I dropped in here and will be back.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. First of all I love arbor boards cuz they have so much heart and soul built into them, they look great, and ride like a dream. I got my last arbor board stolen, and this place was nice enough to keep an eye out for me. Eventually I was able to come in and get a new setup and they were so helpful in finding the perfect board and bindings for me. I definitely plan on coming back and will recommend to all who are looking for a sweet ride :)

Came in here to get a split board and left very happy. Shane was super helpful and friendly and the shop is laid out really well. It has everything you need, without too much clutter.
