It’s delicious! Me and my friend Alisa are very exited we found this place. Inside the place is tastefully decorated. Clean and pleasant. The lamb lollipop and the sauce was so tasty, the beef tips also to die for. Barone Fini Pinot Grigio to accompany the tasty appetizers and the Monday soup lobster bisque. We highly recommend the coconut carrot cake… All deserts are house made

Parker’s is a place you really want to like. The atmosphere is casual, the waitresses are gorgeous and the food well-presented and tasty. My complaints: I loved the option to make your own salad, but was not in the mood, so I ordered the steak tips. When they arrived, I was somewhat surprised at small size of the serving even with the Onion Rings that came with the steak. It all tasted great(the onion rings could have used some seasoning), but I was still hungry. So, I ordered the Tuna Tartare appetizer, which I hoped would fill the void. Again, although I expected a small serving(since it was an appetizer… duh), but the serving was even smaller than expected. Again, even after I was finished with that, I was still hungry. Over all, I found that the prices at this place are not warranted. It is expensive, and the portions left something to be desired. I may return, but there is nothing that drives me back there.

I brought my book club here for lunch and the food and service were very good. No complaints about spliting the checks up from our waiter which was really appreciated. Two people had the hamburgers and were very happy. The rest had the salad and I can say first hand it was delicious. We will no doubt return with the book club. That said, I deducted 1 star because of the coffee/tea situation. The idea of charging $ 3.50 for a cup of hot water with a Liptons tea bag is just too much. That’s after paying $ 18 for a salad. And they charge by the cup so a refill would be another $ 3.50. Come on Parker’s you can do better than this. At least get a decent brand of tea and serve it in a pot so you can have more than one tiny cup for the money.

Tucked away from White Plains road Parkers is probably on of the most consistently good places to meet, eat and enjoy. I have to say that the staff there really goes out of their way to offer great hospitality. I like the place. Incredible burger with the perfect thin salty French fries.

We had a lovely ladies night out. Service was good and all our meals were tastey. Our biggest complaint — they charge for coffee refills! Who does that — not even NY high end restaurants. They did away with the french press — at least that included several cups. When I mentioned this to our server, he was kind enough to take the extra cups off our bill. I will go back — but beware the additional cost that can certainly add up. I’ll take tea!

Wow where do we start. We went here for the first time and really wanted to enjoy this place. I went with my wife and the female bartender was truly a dim wit! The food was amazing, but the service was really bad. If you are going to work in upper end dining know your stuff.

We have been visiting and enjoying Parker over the past couple of years. Tonight, not so much. Simply terrible and sloppy service. Slow, with multiple requests needed for simple things like ketchup, and then followed by an inaccurate and wrong check. Small glass of wine was charged as a large glass. Plus the mixed salad clearly on the menu at $ 12 turned into $ 17 based on the protein fine print on the salad selection card. Plus many ingredients that were selected were left out of the salad. Subtle deception, really. No one was even there at the door to ask how are meal was and to say thank you as we left. Parker goes to the bottom of our list for dinner out; there are many better close-by choices. Disappointing, as it is a relatively new place with a nice owner that we are rooting for.

Time after time, Parker’s serves up a flexible menu fitting all occasions, all people, in a kind and friendly environment. From their lamb lollipop starter and the pear salad, to their perfectly cooked steaks and burgers, everything is consistently excellent. For complete personalization, you can make up your own salad for the pickier of the group. Plenty of options to make the perfect salad your own. Great date night — and for those who enjoy it — sitting at the bar can not only bring Yu good food and drink, but also great conversation with the staff and locals alike.

Service: Very good. We were greeted immediately and seated in the bar area. Although I had made a reservation online, they said they didn’t have it. Everyone who served us was notably pleasant and attentive. Environment: Fair. The strip mall location doesn’t bother me at all. The overall look and feel was a trendy«warm industrial», a combination of woods, metals, stark white and greys. Very nice, except the lounge chairs resemble lawn chairs and were not comfortable at all. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Drinks: Very good. They do have some great beers available, which was a plus. Anytime I can find Allagash White is a sign of a pretty good place. Food: Needs improvement. The menu sounds great, small but impressive and perfect in theory for those looking for somewhat higher end dining. Just edgy enough to not be boring. We ordered the tuna tartare to start. It was definitely fresh, but lacked flavor. I had the prime rib which was a good quality cut of meat and cooked perfectly, but also lacked flavor. The roasted potatoes and asparagus as a side was not good. Again lacking flavor and mushy instead of crisp. My husband had the Parker burger and onion rings. I tried one and again, flavorless. Soaked in oil. I love the batter they use but was disappointed. Overall: For the price, I expected higher quality food. I may go back to try again, because it seems like they care. Not many restaurants invest so much in service. Have to believe they would want to improve the food as well.

I went here not certain what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The food was costly, but well worth it. Drinks were great. I would come again, for sure.

As others have mentioned, the location is a little odd, as The Parker is in a strip mall that is far back from the road. However, I enjoyed my experience here. There aren’t a ton of restaurants around this area in Trumbull so it’s a nice addition. My drink was well made and the food was good. I shared a bunch of the appetizers with friends. The Mac and cheese, steak nachos, and fish tacos were all very good. I would recommend giving this place a try.

Had a great meal. The steak nachos were tasty and the short ribs were tender. The customer service was sub par. After the check the waiter kept trying to get my party to immediately leave in subtle ways. There wasn’t anyone waiting for a table. The waiter brought a paper bag out and asked if I needed a bag to carry a small take out box. The hostess took an empty beer bottle asking if I was done with it yet took nothing else. I understand if there’s a rush, but hurrying a party enjoying themselves after racking up a decent bill is obnoxious. They were very polite about getting us to leave though. Screw tipping 20% mandatory, the staff really doesn’t deserve it with that attitude.

LOCATION: Even though they are oddly placed in a strip mall tucked back off of the main road, they have a really cool vibe from wall art to the menus to the bar area to the massive wine rack. SERVICE: We were immediately greeted by the hostess and it took maybe 5 minutes to be seated. Our server visited our table shortly thereafter to take our drink orders. And he was on point with taking our orders, knowing the menu and was really friendly. Great service. FOOD: We ordered the boneless wings(half bbq/half buffalo) and pear salads for apps. The wings were good but didn’t taste like you’d expect from this spot. I’m thinking juicy, fresh chicken with a lightly battered crispy crust. Nope, these were like deep fried stringy nuggets. Not bad, but expected more. The pear salad was good. For dinner I got the burger with onion rings. It was a decent burger. Again, would expect more from a spot like this. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not great. The onion rings were, just like the wings, fried a bit too much. Now, my wife LOVED them but I’m not a fan of not tasting any onion. They were fast food type(think Duchess). My wife got the roasted chicken and was very happy. For dessert we ordered the cookies and the peanut butter pie. They were both very good Overall, don’t expect a top tier restaurant but do expect great service and good food. Would definitely eat there again.

Today was the third time that I’ve been at this restaurant, but it was the first time I came for lunch. I ordered some kind of steak grilled cheese sandwich, and my colleague ordered the fish and chips sandwich. My meal came out perfect, but my colleagues customized order did not come out customized. The server took it back and fixed it relatively quickly. Other than that little hick up, the meal was great and the service was quite good. This mirrored the two previous experiences that I had when I went with a group for dinner. During those dinner occasions I had the burger on both instances, which I would highly recommend.

Nicely done — expensive but menu is well thought out and food is prepared well. Soup i had was fair — but other offerings were above expectations. Older crowd in bar which has its plus and minuses. Fair place for families — expensive(no kids menu which i think is their preference — and no blame assigned) — go early if you have kids. But overall a very nice place and food is good. Service is excellent — all are friendly and prompt.

Dropped the kids off at a birthday party and needed a close spot to grab some food. This place fit the bill perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the décor, the space has a great layout. We sat at the bar and the Bartender(Nick) was friendly and attentive. Appetizers: French Onion Soup: The stock was tasty, but it needed more cheese and way more time under the broiler to get that nice golden crisp on the top we all know and love about French Onion Soup. Might pass on this one next time. Entrees: Crab Cakes with Sauteed Spinach: Crab cakes were delicious, not much to them except quality crabmeat and some spices(just the way it should be). Sauteed Spinach was decent, but was way under seasoned. The Parker Burger: This burger caught me off guard in a way, I have a sort of affinity for craft burgers in Fairfield County and here is a great burger that no one is talking about. It’s not on anyone’s list, it’s not getting any good press and this had all the makings of a great craft burger. A soft bun that didn’t overwhelm, a well thought out blend of beef that was cooked to absolute perfection(Med. Rare). Even the toppings were top quality, pickles, lettuce, cheddar cheese and an aioli. Everything worked well together and the onion rings they served on the side were some of the best I have had in a very long time. I would go back time and again just for this burger. Are there better burgers in Fairfield County? Of course! But I am not quite sure there is a better burger out there for $ 11 This place was a pleasant surprise and I will definitely be back again soon. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a casual spot with great service and good food. I am even more excited now that I heard they are taking over the old Mansion Clam House in Westport. I cannot wait to see what they do with the place.

You will enjoy one of the best steaks of your life. I Went here for Valentine’s Day. My fiancé got a prime rib and I got a filet, both were amazing! Finished with a red velvet cake that was delicious. My only complaint was the very unfriendly staff, and of course a little pricey, but I don’t regret a dollar. Parker in stratford is a little more casual and laid back without any lacking in the quality of food.

This place is new and great, if you’re okay with a semi-pricey good time. Drinks are good, special cocktails tasty, good whiskey wine and bourbon selections. Steak is good(but what they call hollandaise is actually bearnaise, if you care.) Most importantly, their calamari is to die for. I’m here often.

Without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Trumbull, I have been to Parker a handful of times and have yet to leave disappointed. The waiters are always extremely friendly and speedy even if they do seem overwhelmed at times. Although it is a little pricey I highly recommend trying the prime rib. I would also recommend trying the fired calamari, it is one of the best I have ever had. Overall Parker is a little pricy but I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I was expecting so much and got so little. I even gave this place a second shoot thinking that the first time I went might have been to close to their opening to be a fair representation of the restaurant. The food is bland and needs a lot of work, if you put«steak» in your name you better do good steak. The prim rib was served cold and tasted like it was a few days old, the horseradish sauce was the worst I have ever had. The make your own salad was good but the lettuce was wilted and did not taste fresh. The servers were unprofessional and did not know how to read the guest, were did not want to make small talk but he keep interrupting us and trying to chit chat with us. I do not recommend Parker at all!
