The meal was excellent as usual, however the service was the slowest it has ever been I have been going here for 5 years and today the service was super slow. The French onion soup is a huge bowl and it is the best soup I have ever had. The burgers are tasty and juicy and the filet mignon is excellent. Highly recommend

I enjoyed my food at Cedar’s. It is overpriced but everything in the casino is and I looked at their prices online before making my reservation so I knew what to expect. Our reservation ended up being unneeded, I am thinking because we were catching an early dinner before the show but I was a little nervous it had something to do with quality. Our server was wonderful and my pan seared scallops were amazing. My husband had surf and turf and really enjoyed it. It was slightly off putting that sides are sold separately for $ 7 but we ordered some garlic mashed potatoes and barely touched them because our food was pretty filling. The potatoes were also more than enough for 2 people to share. When I have some extra money to spend I’ll return to Cedars.

Had dinner here last night… the only bright spots were our drinks were cold and the bread basket was good… although the butter was rock hard. We had onion soup and a salad… both which were ok. Entrees included the rib eye and a prime rib. Both were utterly tasteless. The prime rib was tough and chewy and the rib eye was ice cold with the fat on it solid and congealed. It was also rather stringy. The sides, creamed spinach and a sweet potato were pretty bad as well. The spinach had no cream or cheese in it and was clearly nuked because one dining guest burned her mouth on it. The sweet potatoes were so tiny that they gave us two… and they were burned and overcooked. All in all a very disappointing meal. To add to the night… the service was lacking. The waitress was pleasant, but her attention was definitely lacking. Our initial drink order sat at the bar so long one sour apple martini was just watered down vodka… no sign of any green in it at all. One dinner guest got sick and spent the entire night in the bathroom. We’ve had better steaks at our local Irish pub for 1⁄3 of the price. You’d be better off taking your chances on the fast food seafood place here…

Dined at Cedar’s on Superbowl Sunday — ate at the bar and had a great meal. We ordered from the dining room menu as we wanted a full steak dinner and not just bar food. Service was a bit slow at first, although they were very busy so that was understandable. When it began to slow down, service was faster and the bartenders seem less overwhelmed which led to great conversations! We started with a Caesar salad which was good. From there, I ordered the surf and turf and opted for the stuffed lobster tail instead of steamed. The stuffing was delish and the lobster very fresh. Sides are a la cart so we ordered roasted corn which was delicious; nice and buttery, how can you go wrong with that? We also got a side of mashed potatoes which were basic but good. For dessert, I got the smores pie which was kind of weird. What turned me off was the fluff-type topping and dry chocolate center. My boyfriend got the berries which were topped with Chantilly cream inside of a florentine-cookie type cup — very good and fresh! Overall, the food was certainly good and we would go back!

Do not waste your money here. The prices are ridiculous. The food was so so. My food had a hair in it… a hair!!! When you are paying almost $ 50 a steak, you should not have a hair in it!!! Nasty.
