Good food, good atmosphere as well! They even have a good crowd where there are sporting events going on.

Foods good the waitresses are a bit rude and dress a little unprofessional though. Don’t know if I’d go back.

Went here the other night for dinner with my family. There are 5 of us, all over 21& it was TERRIBLE. My brother and father ordered the beer special, & the waiter came back ~10 min later saying they were all out of it. I ordered the raspberry, pomegranate cosmo special– once again they were OUT of the flavored vodka. Please tell me how a restaurant runs out of TWO drink specials on a Tuesday night… it’s not like the special was Long Island Duck or something. Also, it would of been nice if they informed us quicker about this, we were in the restaurant for about 25 min before getting drinks.(mind you, there were only 5 other tables full at the time) My dad was livid, but we stayed anyway. We ordered the app. sampler for the table-it was meh. The wings were dry, and chewy, the onion rings were good, light & fluffy. The zucchini sticks were good, but pretty much bland, the only really good thing were the mozz, sticks — but then again how can you screw up on those? For dinner I had the chicken panni with a chipotle mayo and fries, it was good! Wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like cheese because it was cheesy! My sister got the same and agreed. My brother got the burger and said it was awful– you get a better bang for your buck at a TGIF Fridays. The service was terrible too. Our waiter didn’t check on us once after the food was brought to us, he literally walked by and threw the check at us. I would NEVER come back here. Food wasn’t anything phenomenal to make all the negatives a positive one. DON’T come here.

I went here for a casual dinner with friends. I ended up ordering a french onion soup to start which was good but nothing to blog about. Some of my friends ordered the appetizer sampler however most of my friends thought the wings were a little dry. I had a burger with mushrooms, bacon, and Swiss cheese which was very juicy and filling. The burger came with fries that are fried fresh and crispy and probably my favorite part of the dish. One of the girls ordered a warm spinach salad with grilled chicken and she enjoyed it very much. If you’re looking for a decent bar with decent food, this place is it.

Just got a grilled chicken sandwich from here and the chicken was raw. This is very unacceptable considering it was a $ 15 sandwich!

Had the«spicy» stirfry. Extremely disappointed. My the bottom of my plate was a puddle of water. The peppers were straight out of a can. Hardly any rice. No flavor at all. Too bad because the location is nice and the setup is also ideal. Only go here for beer.

Not a bad little neighborhood place. Nothing to write home about, but it’s decent food if you’re in the area.

Myself and 2 others went in to have dinner here. The place looked somewhat busy… a good sign. However, when we asked for a table, the hostess said we would have to wait. We noticed an open table and asked to be sat there. «Oh no! that table is for 6 people! I can’t sit 3 people at a 6-top!» We left! Hope you are still waiting on 6 people to sit at that table! Poor customer service! Never again!

Whipped cauliflower. Yeah, I said it. WHIPPEDFREAKINGCAULIFLOWER. There are quite a few yummy dishes on the menu of the Quarry, which was once affectionately called Joe’s Quarry and was located several blocks away from it’s existing location. I’ll admit that back then, you went more for the burgers and(really) low key atmosphere than anything else. But I’m really happy to say that the face lift and new address aren’t the only things that have improved. With a more diverse menu, a much bigger seating area, plenty of windows to let in sunlight and a nicely stocked bar(conveniently located by the entrance) it’s no wonder that The Quarry has been packed every time I’ve visited. Which brings me back to whipped cauliflower. It’s cooked with butter, cream and other deliciousness I can’t even describe, so you forget that you’re not eating potatoes and just let the creamy goodness of an otherwise overlooked vegetable overtake your taste buds. Of course, if you don’t like cauliflower(weirdo), you can also try the buffalo chicken mac ‘n’ cheese(no explanation needed), the BBQ chicken salad, one of the flatbread pizzas or chicken paillard. Or you can have some of the standard pub fare: french onion soup, nachos, wings, burgers, sandwiches … suffice it to say it’s a pretty sizable menu. The staff is young and friendly, and the service, while not necessarily the quickest, is always accommodating.

This is a great place for upscale bar food. They have a really big menu with lots of good choices. They cook their broccoli rabe well(and I’m picky about that), so anything you order with broccoli rabe will be great!(I’ve had both the grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli rabe and the pasta dish with it, and both were good). Their fries are also really good. I had a Caesar salad there once and it had a little too much dressing for my liking, so I would order dressing on the side if you don’t like a lot. The burger wasn’t stellar, but it could have been the way we ordered it(it was a little more cooked than desired). The service was friendly and the ambiance is good. It’s a fairly large space as well, so you don’t feel cramped. The bar area is a pretty decent size as well.

Bar /Restaurant Great little find in the town of Tuckahoe(FYI, I love the word«tuckahoe» as it just has too many connotations) where we whiled away a few hours on a gorgeous day. Having been in the area for a business meeting, and then emerging into a sunny day, we decided we were hungry and took a little stroll along Main St. and spotted the Quarry — so in we went for lunch. The place is rather new– a few months old I believe. The décor is all dark woods and reds and looks visually appealing. We noticed that the place had a decent lunch business going on and as we walked through the bar area to the main dining room and got settled in. The waitress was quick and efficient for the most part and all the meals were larger than we expected, particularly for lunch. Prices are average from what I saw on the menu. The bar area proper is small in my opinion, but there are a bunch of tables scattered around there so it will seat more than it seems at first glance. Bathrooms were large and smelled nice… not that I look for that, but hey, it doesn’t hurt either! Definitely worth hitting if in the area. Parking on the street.
