Love the clothing and the brand but the customer service is horrible. When I asked one of the sales attendant working the dressing rooms if she could check if they had a dress in a smaller size, she scoffed, walked to where the dresses were, and didn’t even bother to look through the rack. I had to go up to another sales attendant and ask if they had the size I was looking.
The brand itself is great. You can find a lot of nice clothes but the store needs to work on its customer service skills.

I’m not one for shopping in Bebe but I do know what to look for in customer service. We decided to hit this place up for a dress needed for a special occasion coming up. I know what your thinking, the dress is for my wife, not me. I just can’t pull off the pretty in pink look. Anyway, when we walked in we were promptly greeted and one of the girls began to help us out. The service was great, they weren’t too pushy and were ready and available for any questions or extra dresses my wife needed in the fitting room (which was a lot). The huge bonus for me is that they have really comfortable seating for the dudes waiting. Way to go Bebe!

We’ve been regulars here for many many years. Denise and her staff have always been plain amazing! The BEBE Sport stuff is killer… made to work out in, look casual out or dressy. The best. And I will say that the normal BEBE line of clothes they’ve had over the past 3-​year has been their best ever. The dresses are over-​the-​top gorgeous. BEBE is on FIRE!

Love me some bebe… But sometimes the customer service in this store makes me wonder. Why do people still racially and financially profile others?! I understand I am not the richest person out there but I love and can afford Bebe. This only came from what was a seasoned associate of this store. However the new girl was sweet and nice and helped me pick out some cute clothes. Don’t know if I’ll return kinda sour– hmm we shall see…

This is my all time favorite store. I love, love, love this store. I go to all their fashion shows which are amazing. The newest styles fresh off the runway cant get any better than that. And Kim kardashian and Kourtney kardashain are going to be designing for this company very soon, its still in the works. I highly recommend shopping here if you have the dough to spend on good quality clothes.
