Started going here about 7 months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! I was really nervous because I have heard so many gym horror stories but this place is great! The staff and instructors are super friendly and very encouraging. Even though I was very out of shape I never felt judged by anyone here. Now I feel great and have lost about 60 lbs! I wish I had the time to go everyday… this place has literally changed my life.

Great place to get a workout in and improve your fitness. It’s basically like having a personal trainer all the classes are for all skill and fitness levels. There is a good mix of people at classes(fitness level as well as men/women). There are multiple trainers with different styles ranging from mostly boxing/bag work to boxing with fitness circuits. I like to mix it up. The trainers motivate but aren’t in your face or anything crazy. Also this is a great gym for someone who wants to learn how to box, you will learn all the basics, it’s not just boxersizing, there are also multiple classes with different fighting types. If you want to get advanced in the technique training all the trainers offer private lessons at extra cost. The price isn’t bad if you look at it like a personal training program, when I signed up it started at 65 dollars per month plus extra deals if you referred people that signed up. First class is a free trial. The price gets cheaper if you sign up for multiple years ex. 55/month for two years. You do have to sign up for a one year minimum. However if you use it about once per week you are getting your money back. I do enjoy coming here, especially for my cardio, it is a good workout and pretty fun.

I have to say I HATE gyms. Why? Because of the macho mumbo jumbo and silent female competition of who’s got the best body. And sometimes it makes you feel downright chicken to go and work out. I called Boxing Inc. with much trepidation because I wanted to take boxing lessons again but I was scared. At this point, I knew I was way out of shape and scared of what I was walking in to. When I called looking for a trainer, I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with a boxing coach who was really nice and encouraging. He asked me why it took me so long. I ended up joining. The workouts make me sweat more than I ever have in my life, I’m losing weight and learning how to fight. The trainers are super qualified and friendly. And I can’t lie, the music in there is awesome. You’re not going to get any Jon Secada or bubble gum pop crap.

It’s been awhile that I’ve been eye-ing on this club and thought that Boxing. inc is only for professional boxer. Turns out It suits to any fitness level, I personally really like boxing and kickboxing workout but have never been trained as professional as like Boxing. Inc does. They pay attention on each individual and correct our technique. It was an amazing experience, every class is really pushing me over my limit and I feel great after class is done. The staff and the instructor are super friendly. It’s my first month but I already feel like have been there for long time. They are care, motivating and really make you feel welcome. Value wise? To have those great feeling from workout, I would say it’s really worth the money.

I was officially«christened» into Boxing Inc last week. I’ve always wanted to try women’s kickboxing for self defense and it looks fun! I called and Jason answered. He was very helpful in answering my questions and set up an appointment for the next day to answer other Q’s. The gym is a good sized gym and it’s so welcoming! With the enrollment fee and monthly cost, it doesn’t amount to how much the classes are so good. For a decent monthly fee, you can have unlimited access to all of the classes. I have gone to one class and still recovering from the soreness! The class is fun and the instructor was motivating. But looking forward to becoming fit:)

Boxing Inc East is amazing! I’ve been a member for 1 year now and the staff and trainers at the gym are so motivating, knowledgeable, and great fun to be around. I have never enjoyed working out in the past but this place has managed to change my attitude about it and I feel like a new woman — lost 60 lbs so far. They have so many class options to choose from and the personal training is a definite benefit. I have been decent at sports but never really that great at anything. These trainers are so exceptional that I believe I can even achieve a high skill level in boxing and muay thai in addition to my fitness and weight loss goals. This gym has really changed my life and I can’t imagine not coming in to work out even after I reach my weight loss goal! I definitely recommend this place whether your goals are fitness, weight loss, or actual boxing/Muay Thai skills.

still giving boxing inc. 5 stars. ive been a member here for a few months now, and I love it! its so much fun, and such a great work out. the trainers are so great, and are really invested in helping everyone achieve their fitness goals! i’ve been doing personal training with Armando, and he’s the best. ever. we work on boxing and strength training, and he’s always pushing and motivating me! i’ve made a lot of improvements and have had so much more energy since i started working out here. i highly recommend joining here, even if just for the classes, but the personal training is awesome!!!(and again, i reiterate from the previous review, the classes are designed to challenge everyone, and the trainers encourage you to do things at your level. they want everyone to have fun, feel good, work hard, but not hurt themselves!)
