Jos A Bank

Went in today looking for rental suits for my wedding and I was helped by the store manager Emily and she was fabulous. We had gone to another shop the week before and had a terrible experience, so thank you Emily for making it special for us!

Great experience. Was in a bind and Shawn Staley the manager went above and beyond to help me in a timely matter.

I am a tough size to fit. Was able to get a couple nicely tailored suits and a sports jacket. Final fittings were spot on. Great service. Actually enjoyed shopping for dress clothes for once.

I would not recommend this place if you are looking to rent tuxes for any occasion. The experience was painful from start to finish. The people did not know what they were doing and it showed when we had to return 3 times for different fittings. I have worked in retail and I know it can get stressful sometimes but the job of a good manager is to have people working that have good customer service skills.
Their tuxes look like they have been used for 20 years and they look old and out of date. Although the guys still looked good I couldn’t help but think how better we would have felt if the experience was 100% better than what we experienced.

One of the worst experiences that I’ve had in a formal clothing business, ever.
I was a part of a wedding party, and the bride/​groom unfortunately decided to use Jos A Bank to provide their tuxedos for the wedding. Not only did ALL of the tuxedos come in late, but some of them simply did not fit, causing a mass rush just days before the wedding.
Further, I was personally accused by the manager of refusing to pay for the tux when, in reality, their systems were inoperable when I picked up the tux. They had no way of accepting payment at that time. The manager flat out lied to me when I questioned them about the incident.
I would never do business with ANY Jos A Bank again, but especially this location. Their management is untrustworthy. Their service is not dependable.
Very disappointed that businesses like this still exist.

It was time for my better half (MBH) to make the investment in a couple of nice suits and, thanks to an on sale email, we were off and running.
The email we received was for an online only sale and, unfortunately, the suit MBH wanted to order wouldn’t work. After talking with them online, the only solution was to go to the store and see what we could figure out.
Once we walked in, Dawn was right there to take care of us. Since the online sale wouldn’t work, she told us about another sale that was going on which was even better. She listened to what we needed, selected a few suits to try on and did an amazing job marking the jacket and pants for tailoring. I learned quite a bit while watching — she was very willing to explain things as she went along.
In the end, we really took advantage of their sale and purchased 2 suits. The store manager — I believe his name was Zachary — was just as helpful. I’m so glad we decided to head up there today.
