I never believed buying a pair of jeans could be so easy! The moment I walked into the store I was immediately welcomed and reassured there was a pair of jeans perfect for me. The owner and his staff listened to what I wanted and they did exactly what was promised! That is not very common in the world of retail. As I was visiting from out of town, they had the hemming I needed done by the next morning. I love my jeans! I highly recommend the store-you’ll not be disappointed. And, for those who are dog lovers, make sure you say ‘hello’ to Cash.

Great shopping experience! Was immediately greeted when we walked in even though the store was packed. Came in for some boots and walked away with a pair of Jean as well. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I agree with all the 5 star reviews so no need to rehash. Only ding is the price, otherwise 5 stars all the way!

The jean’s in this store are just the best and most comfortable clothes. That could be because the staff, Sarah was great at helping me find the most perfect pair of pants, well we found two pair. The best time to go to the store is in August during their 75% off though I think I will go more often because the clothes and service are above and beyond!

No other options for personal service, selection, honesty and fit! Jordan is exceptional at finding the perfect pair of jeans every time and keeping me in «the loop» if something new comes in!

Three friends and I swear by Loop Jean Co to find stylish jeans with a great fit. We didn’t work with Ted; we prefer his wife Tamara and the other girls there. Knowledgeable and friendly — and tbh, I wouldn’t want a man helping me. Very satisfied! And a cool shirt selection too.

First off let me be upfront, I love denim, I would gladly spend a decent amount of money on Railcar, Momotaro, Iron Heart, etc. So this review has nothing to do with product. This review is in regard to poor customer treatment. My wife and I walked in after an eye appointment because I had been waiting to check this store out for months and was finally in the area. I just happen to have girl scout cookies in my hands because of a special offer by Fashion Eye Center, and what happens next? An older gentlemen(who turns out to be Ted Greve the owner of this store) instantly assumes I’m there to sell cookies and essentially asks us to leave. I ignored his confrontation and assured him I was there to shop as I wanted to check out some raw denim. I took a quick look at what they offered but honestly after being treated unduly like a solicitor I wanted to do nothing but leave. As I’m leaving he offhandedly says«good luck with your sale». This is what struck me the hardest; not only had I told him I was not selling cookies but he did not believe me and felt it was appropriate to make a snide comment, totally mature. I wish I could bring myself to come back to this store but honestly, if this is how I should expect to be treated for innocently holding a box of cookies, what’s the point? I’d love to support a local denim shop but with a taste this bad in my mouth I would rather give that money to someone who doesn’t instantly assume the«worst» of people. Sorry Loop Jean Company but you never get a second chance at first impressions, and I’m sure you don’t «need» my money anyways.

I buy exclusively my denim from Loop. They always seem to know what jeans will fit and have a real handle on where they are made and how they are made. The customer service here is top notch and I’ve always felt they add a lot of value to the shopping experience.

Such a great experience here at Loop! Staff was incredibly friendly and definitely know the ins and outs of the right pair of jeans. Sadly, most people really don’t know how to buy the right pair of jeans. The guys and gals at Loop make sure you are getting the most for your money. If I am going to spend $ 200+ on a pair of jeans, they better be perfect, and the guys at Loop make sure that they are! They are honest with their opinion on how the jeans fit you, and know what size or fit is best. Great knowledge of all their inventory and they carry all the major designer jean brands(or at least the ones that count)! Free hemming on top of a great experience is unbeatable. Ted, the owner, is incredible and makes sure that the customer is pleased when they walk out the door. Very accommodating and just an overall, really great experience. Thanks Jose and Ted! Will definitely be back here soon buying more jeans.

So, I hate to sound like a snob, but most people really don’t know how to buy the right pair of jeans. It sounds trivial(and it is) but it’s true and pretty important if ya want to look good! It’s like buying a bra, most women are buying the wrong size, and when they finally get fitted and realize they’ve been wearing the wrong size all these years, it’s kind of a bummer. I’m speaking from personal experience. It’s all about learning what cut fits your body type best, the length, your waist size, how much the pant will stretch, and the list goes on. So I pretty much feel the same way about buying jeans and bras: get fitted! I got schooled on everything denim the first time I went to Loop several years ago. The price point at Loop may be high, but buying your denim here is totally worth it. I’ve always been satisfied with my purchases at Loop because the owners(name) make 100% sure that you are buying the right pant for your body. These people know the ins and outs of the perfect fit and it’s very clear that it is very important to them that you leave their store feeling like a rock star. Their attention is all yours when you’re shopping in their store. There are few places in Tucson that provide such a personalized and fun shopping experience, so support the independent guys! I highly doubt anyone at Dillards is going to make sure you LOVELOVELOVE every purchase you make. Next time your near Casas Adobes pop into Loop, you won’t regret it!

The selection is not that great and the owner thinks he is a jeans Guru. I guess in Tucson his patronizing tone is acceptable because there is no where else to shop. Don’t waste your time… or your money…

I randomly stumbled across this place one day, and wasn’t really looking to buy anything. Didn’t expect much, and just wandered in expecting the usual lackluster service you get in most retail stores nowadays. NOTTHECASE here. :) The service here will blow you away. Never have I been in a store with nicer sales folks who genuinely enjoy what they are doing, helping people, and make it fun to buy clothes. I will be back and try to be all my jeans here, even though I live in the Phoenix area. However, its worth the drive :)

I can only comment on my personal experiences, and the exchange of language that occurred. This is true for anyone no matter how snobby you are. I have been to this store several times, always leaving with a purchase and in all sincerity my recent experience was not pleasant and therefore I will no longer shop here. Ok selection, several brands in a couple styles in a few washes. If you have never bought jeans and need the«mom’s critique» on how jeans fit you including a hand down the waistline just to make sure, this is the place for you. If you enjoy the patronizing tones of male shop owner(Ted) who replace your name with«baby», «sweetheart», and«honey», then right on! Otherwise for the grown women of the world who like to browse in comfort, and ease with help available when WANTED instead of forced on you, then may I suggest to go elsewhere for your jean needs. On my last visit the young woman who measured and marked my jeans to be hemmed pulled down on my jeans instead of letting the material fall naturally. She pulled down on them so much so that they were much shorter then I had wanted once I picked them up. It was also difficult to convey to TED that I wanted a NEW hem, because I liked to cuff these particular jeans sometimes… after much needless discussion he finally gave into my request. They take their alterations to a local seamstress who is great and someone I always use… but if a professional seamstress is not measuring you accurately for the alterations, don’t be surprised how they comeback. I also asked TED if it would be possible to pick up the altered jeans at the seamstress he uses because I had planned to take in some items to the same location to be altered the following day, he quickly stated, «We don’t use them anymore, we have found someone else who we are pleased with.» No issue, simple question, I was just curious to see if it would be possible to save a trip…(Next Day) I went to the seamstress and saw a Loop Denim flyer under the glass table and a pile of new denim with Loops alterations cards on them, I ask the woman, «Do you do the alterations for Loop denim?» she said, «Yes!». Ted told me a bold faced lie! You can get the same jeans elsewhere, locally owned and for a better price, and not with the creepy, condescending service. Maybe Ted was having a bad day, either way Loop Denim is not SO fabulous that I would tolerate this service in the future.

A week ago I was visiting my family in Tucson and stopped into Loop to look for a new pair of jeans. Tamara was incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly. In no time she had me in a pair of jeans I LOVE. Not only did she help me find the perfect pair, but had them tailored(with original hem), and shipped to my home in San Diego at no cost. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Tucson, thanks again Tamara!

If designer jeans are on your list of must-haves then you need to make a bee line for Loop Jean Company. Yes, you can get these same jeans at Dillard’s but 1.) you wouldn’t be shopping locally and 2.) you would be missing out on the best service and jean buying experience available in T-town. Here’s how this works… you go into the store and are greeted by a friendly staff person. Of course you are welcome to fly solo, but I recommend engaging them in your shopping experience. Tell them what you are looking for — low rise, dark wash, boot cut — or maybe what you aren’t looking for — I don’t want my ass to look any bigger than it already does — and let them work their magic. Take a few selections to the dressing room. How are those working out for you? Nope, the rise is too high or maybe the waist too big. Okay, I have some other options for you and wa-lah several more pairs are handed to you. This cycle will repeat itself until you’ve fine tuned it down to the best style and perfect fit. Want a second opinion? Come look in the big mirror next to the fitting rooms. They are happy to offer suggestions — maybe go up a size or down a size — and, is there anything better than someone telling you how great your ass looks in a pair of jeans? They can get pretty busy on weekends so if you can make it on a week day do so for the optimum service experience. But wait, there’s more… they will do a length alteration for free with your purchase. Hate to have your jeans altered because you lose the bottom seam? No worries here! You’ll still be stepping out in style. They sew the seam back on and no one will ever know you didn’t have these jeans custom made.
