Pros: –Very clean and organized store, all sizes on correct hangers in correct sections. Well done. –Super cute clothing — Great purse selection with top designers for $ 29! –Designer jeans up to size 19! –Friendly staff –Good prices! Tops are about $ 7-$ 9 –Has a small men’s section Cons: — limited sizing on everything except jeans. While they offer size sections from small-XL most of the store is small. Very few XL items. Nothing past XL. –Shoes look VERY second hand. They need to be more selective about the shoes they take as they were soiled and very worn out unappealing shoes. –Charges the same prices for lower end brands as they do high end brands. Used target shirts are not really worth the price or effort. — Mostly sells very casual clothing and a small formal rack. No real professional or work wear to speak of. –Centered mostly on fashions for those under 21. –No petites section All in all its a great place for very tiny and very young girls seeking casual only. If your curvey, bigger, or seeking non casual attire than this might be a waste of time for you. Go to Plato’s instead.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful, plus they have a huge selection at great prices. They new and gently used items as well as men’s clothing.

Okay– so for full transparency– I didn’t buy anything here. This is just for the inside of store and customer service. Customer service was great– really attentive, greeted right off the bat, and very pleasant to deal with. The merchandise is pretty good– it’s used but it’s in good condition. My most favorite thing in here is how well everything is organized– I almost squealed from excitement. I also really loved the jewelry and accessories selection– very pretty and decently priced. I am already planning my next trip here.

Loosing weight… finally cleaned out my closet. Thought it was great to see a resale shop on the NW side. Apparently I am not their demographic. Jessica Howard formal full length dress, silk suit, new business suit from Dillard’s with tags. Other business dress clothing. Some casual business pants(all in excellent barely worn condition) and tops. They didn’t take anything. Don’t bother bringing clothes here even if they are new, if they are classic or conservative, it’s not for them. They advised me to try Persnickety on Oracle.

Cute, clean, very trendy. Good variety, Friendly staff. However I saw a few small stains on pieces that I tried on and some things were a little pricey. Average around $ 10 per shirt. Cheaper than buying new, more expensive than some other places. I’ll definitely be back but it won’t be the first place I check.

This place is basically a very nice version of Goodwill. * It doesn’t have that used-clothing scent, which automatically enhances the shopping experience * The lighting is nice and bright so you can see what you’re looking at * Everything is very organised by size and by colour which makes everything incredibly easy to flick through. * There were great sales racks on the walls of the store that I found some neat things in. I even found a Free People’s dress for only $ 16! Talk about a bargain price! The sales were the place I hovered around the most since the prices were so low. I didn’t see anything that was used and especially pricey. The pricey things are the duplicates ones you see near the cash register, as they are straight out of the factory. If it’s on the racks, it’s used and much cheaper and worth your while. * I’m not sure how particularly well they check the clothing that comes in, as I did find stains on some items. * The fitting rooms were good-sized and the lighting was alright in them. * The people here weren’t especially hospitable. They herded people like cattle in and out of the dressing rooms and weren’t particularly friendly at the cash register, either.

I haven’t purchased anything here yet but I did go in and trade some clothing for money. They ended up giving me $ 25 for three pieces of clothing. Not bad of an amount. unfortunately, I had an entire trash bag full of name brand clothes and they were overstocked on everything but those three pieces. The downside, it took them 40 minutes to go through my clothing as there was one person ahead of me. I had to call them finally, to see if they were done. other than that the place looks nice and I may shop there in the future.

I really like this place! My teenage daughter does too! Positive: the clothes are not over taking the place like Plato’s Closet, the clothes are hung nicely on wooden hangers, the staff is über nice, the fitting rooms are very private, the selection is vast and there is a great selection for both men and women, Just got a really nice U of A jacket there for only $ 15! Negative: the lighting in the dressing rooms are really bad.

Great selection of women’s and men’s clothing. It’s great to have a shop on the northwest side that will buy your items. My boyfriend and I went together and we are both very pleased with our offers. He used the store credit and I took the cash! ;) The atmosphere is friendly and the store layout set up perfect!

This place is a little bit better than Goodwill. with higher prices. Expect to pay around 7.99 for a shirt here… target brand, forever 21. and super exuberant prices for«higher end things». for $ 69.99 for«designer» jeans? yeah. nordstrom rack has better more current styles of the same designers for $ 49.99 in their clearance rack. This place is comparable to a Plato’s closet except just much more $$$. No thanks Uptown
