Just about the worst grouping of «sales people» possible. I buy Nike pretty much exclusively. I go to the gym 6 times a week and had some questions about the different types of shoes. I went in today around 3pm, there were 3 salesmen in the back. Two of the guys had their head down the entire time or decided to talk to each other. When I tried to approach to ask a question they’d turn away. The third guy was chasing down a pretty girl who told him repeatedly«I’m just here with my friend I’m not the one buying anything». To which he responded«Well I’m a salesman and my jobs to sell you on something». To which I wanted to scream«hello genius, you’re sale is over here». He followed her around the store and she was getting creeped out, I felt bad for her. I quickly walked out and won’t be back to this Nike store.

Was looking for tennis shoes(actual tennis shoes) and was disappointed to learn they don’t actually have them here(despite having a large picture of Serena Williams on the outside of the store.) I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many running or Nike«free» shoes in one place, so it’s odd that they could’t fit a few boxes of tennis shoes in here.

One of my personal favorite places to shop in Tucson for shoes they have a great selection it is an outlet mall so they have new stuff coming in all the time so you never know what they’re going to have but overall I love this place

Went there to get running shoes having ABSOLUTLY no experience running! There is a good amount of employees walking around to help you out. Most are very nice I’m not sure how much experience they have or any of their qualifications but they were good enough to help with my basic questions. The shoes are pricey but the store usually has great sales to help with cost. The checkout however is very slow so prepair to stand in line! The people checking you out arnt as friendly as the ones roaming the floor but hey, a job that doesn’t pay great I wouldn’t be so happy either haha

So the Nike fuel band a bought less then a year ago give me «Error 802» I called Nike to ask what I needed to do to fix it. After a long talk with their costumer service agent who was very nice and really helpful even tho my phone services is horrible. She explain to me that I would need to replace the Nike fuel band she gave me a few options on how to replace my Nike fuel band I could send it by UP’S or go to the Nike store to pick out a new one. I agreed to go to the Nike store she said she would call ahead to let the store know that I would be picking up My new Nike fuel band. I drove down to the store and I spoke with the manager«Bryan» I explain what had happen and why I was in the store. He had no clue what I was talking about so I explain again he ask do you have receipt of course I didn’t because I order from there website less then a year ago. I argued for more then ten minutes trying to explain that I spoke with Nike over the phone that they had called ahead of time. he continued asking me question that I had answer over and over finally he give me my Nike fuel band and had me walk over to the register to check out where the cashier who saw talking to the manager had my Nike fuel band next to her with my name writhing on it from when i had called costumer services. I was blown away that the cashier never spoke up and said anything to save me some time. all the clerks where just sitting around talking well costumers waited in line for me, really?. the service at the store was so slow It was nothing like the service I got over the phone. Bryan was rude , the service was slow and it was not that busy, I can see why some people prefer shopping online then coming to the store.

I went into the store just to figure my size out. The first associate was very unhelpful. The second guy that helped me literally brought every shoe in the store to me. When I was finished I offered to help put them back and he wouldn’t allow me. Wonderful service and GREATPRICES!!!

I love this store! They have the best discounts on everything and they also offer a military discount in addition to the great deals. The staff for the most part is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I encountered that was not good was waiting for a dressing room. They were in between shift and that is why, but I would have liked to have more expedient service.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a place such a poor review, but they need a wake up call. I went in searching for running shoes based on instructions from a podiatrist. There are so many people working in there! They seem to hang in clusters of two or three and everyone one of them ignored me as I went down each row inspecting every pair of running shoe. I decided they didn’t have what I needed after trying on several pairs, all the while sort of looking around to see if anyone would offer help. I left with no shoes and slightly irritated that that many employees could get away with so little in the customer service department.

So you ask… why in the world would you give discounted Nike gear a 3? Because its not so greatly discounted… that’s why. This is not a true outlet store. Having said that, they do have great sales and you can certainly find a pair of past season shoes or clothing. I never seem to find what I’m looking for when I go, which is probably just a me issue. I just have a problem paying their prices when I can get a discount at the Nike employee store online.
