Never had a bad experience at this store. Buy most of my new games here and usually everything is in place .
Usually care about where the games are. In out done, my reservation copy of whatever.

Marco is one of the worst associates I have ever dealt with in any capacity. He is disrespectful, demeaning, and rude not only to me as a customer but I have seen him humiliate and belittle fellow employees. I have had bad experiences with him more than a handful of times and I will spend the extra 10 minutes driving to the wetmore locations where the associates are gems.
