We came here the first week they were open and we got the worse service ever. We had to go back up to the host stand to see where our server was after 15 minutes. Once our server came by we asked for our bread and it never came. We had to ask 3 different people. This normally wouldn’t be a problem but it was getting late and we had our 2 kids with us who were hungry. My husband got the sirloin steak with parmesean crust which he liked and I got a plain sirloin steak which wasn’t bad, but our service never got better. I was really disappointed since my husband had been to the one in Phoenix and enjoyed it. We will probably not be returning.

Just had dinner here with my husband. Service was poor, our waiter was slow in taking our drink order then slow in taking our dinner order. Watered down margarita with unimpressive prime rib and salmon dishes = no desire to return.

I eat out a lot and am a prime rib type of guy and was glad to see this place open up. I started with a lunch and from the great service I received from Brittney to a killer meal. My lunch experience motivated me a few days later to go in for dinner. I had the 16 oz prime rib with was nothing short of perfect and my steamed asparegus was steamed completely no hard ends. My service was first class by Jasmine which like Brittney are obviously trained well. Hats off to the managers for putting this all together with such continuity so soon after opening. Do not hesitate to take in a great meal here folks.

My wife and I had lunch at Long Horn across from Tucson Mall. They have three lunch specials, $ 7, $ 8, and, $ 9 variations. She had the $ 7 special with a salad and French onion soup. The salad had ice berg lettuce and my wife us not fond of it, so they added greens to it. The French onion soup was great. I had the $ 9 special with a salad and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were very good. We also had their home made chips and they were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

This was alright, but for a lunch place, the prices were just a bit too steep for my tastes. I was scanning the menu for something around or under 10 dollars and it wasn’t easy. I wound up just getting a basic burger around 10 bucks and it was good, and cooked the way I asked, but I wouldn’t say outstanding. It all felt very basis, no frills, just standard. I’ll save my review and possibly upgrade when I go back and try a steak. I mean, it is a steakhouse, thus having a simple burger isn’t really the best to go by. I’d say there are burgers around town I liked a lot more, but I would be fine eating one here again.

This is our first time here and we’re quite impressed with the great service and delicious tender steak. Bread was warm and tasty. Salad was fresh and crisp with dressing that completed it. We ordered the 6oz steak and it came out just like we ordered it. Steak was tender and rich in flavor. Our server, Whitney, was very personable and provided excellent service. We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.

I was amazed at all aspects here. Went about three weeks ago and admittedly, it wasn’t very busy but still we were impressed with how quickly we were seated, drink orders taken, then meal orders taken. Even more impressive was how quickly our lunch orders appeared at our table, hot and made to order! I am still wondering how they did that! Staff was very attentive, the ambient music was AMBIENT, and did not not overwhelm our conversation. Food was delicious, portions were generous. All in all this was an outstanding experience.

I would really like to rant on here about my poor experience with this location but I won’t do that. The good news about this place is that the food isn’t bad. I would put it somewhere near Texas Roadhouse in regards to pricing and the menu, however I believe the Texas Roadhouse is much better. The bad news is that this location appeared to either be understaffed OR staffed with employees who lack the basic qualities necessary to provide the best service. We waited over an hour to be seated, it took 30 to finally order, and by the time it was all said and done we were inside this place for 2 hours. I let the manager know what I thought about some things and he provided appetizers to our table at no charge. This was a nice touch and not something I expected. WITHOUTTHIS — I would have made this review two stars. I ate a Ribeye with broccoli. The meat was cooked as I requested and had decent flavor, but it wasn’t amazing. The broccoli was exactly was described, steamed. I also enjoyed a house salad that was drenched in ranch dressing(which was delicious but clearly overkill), and a bowl of french onion soup. I am a huge fan of this soup and I would give this bowl a score of 6 on a scale of 1 to 10, it was just OK. I would give this place another shot but with a small group. The overall way our group was serviced from the minute we walked in was really the issue, but the quality of the meal.

Visiting our family in Tucson for Christmas, and before a day of shopping my mom, sister and I came here for lunch. Right away we were warmly greeted, seated in a nice, spacious booth and our server came to introduce herself and take our drink order. All within about 3 minutes. Happy so far. The trend of friendly and efficient service continued and the lunch choices, prices and quality were fantastic. We tried the lunch combos with soups, sandwiches and salads and were all three very pleased. Fresh ingredients and a plentiful amount of food. The atmosphere and décor was very relaxing, warm and inviting. It was a great way to fuel up before hitting the stores to shop! Looks like they have a great happy hour menu, too. We will definitely return here.

I have been a fan of Texas Roadhouse but I’m starting to believe I like this place a lot more. Each visit I’ve had has not been disappointed. For appetizer, I’ve had the sweet chili calamari which was different and rich in flavorful. Probably the best appetizer they have! For entrees I’ve had the Flo’s filet which is super flavorful and tender as a filet mignon should be! I’ve also had the outlaw Rib eye which was also tender and flavorful. Same goes for the porterhouse. They always cook my steaks to the way I like it(Blue). I haven’t been disappointed yet. I would recommend this place if you’d like to try a new steak place aside from outback or Texas Roadhouse in town. Hopefully you’ll have the same experience as myself.

I’m not one who is big on steaks so when I’m in the mood for one I hope & pray it’s cooked to perfection; I’ve gone to other Longhorn steakhouses & haven’t been disappointed; until my last visit. Steak was dry & over cooked & I’m not one ever send for back for fear oh getting something unexpected in my meal. I asked for medium; meaning pink in the middle but what I received was well & dry I gave 2 stars because the shrimp was grilled to perfection & the Parmesan crusted chicken was delicious. I’ll return maybe next time my steak will be right & I can update my review.

So this place has been open since August and I’m just getting there. I’m slacking! I was told that this chain was like a poor man’s Flemings so I knew I had to try it out. Because I love Flemings and I’m poor. It did not disappoint. I went for dinner and it wasn’t busy at all so we were seated right away. The waitress was very nice and was able to recommend great appetizers. The food was really good and reasonably priced. And they have happy hour until 7! What!!! Love it! Everyone was super nice, the manager, Jamie, came over to check on us and made us feel welcome. It had a very friendly feel to it and I know I will definitely be back. The steak was good to perfection and well seasoned. My baked sweet potato was delish. I highly recommend and can’t wait to go for happy hour!

A few of us went here to celebrate a special event last week. Everything was bad, from the greeter to the grilled cheese sandwich… service was terrible too. I would have rated it a «1 star», but I hate to be negative. You would be better off ordering McDonald’s. Do NOT go here…

One of the worst restaurants I have ever been. The rib eyes couldn’t be cut the service was worse. We ate one bite of salad and dinner arrived. Dirty dishes left on the table. The servers were not well trained. All in all a terrible meal.

Well this was a very disappointing dinner. I went here(0racle and wetmore) wanting to enjoy prime rib(it’s my favorite) but after taking my order the waiter comes back and I’m told that they ran out and had to settle for the next best in my opinion which was the porterhouse and was way more expensive. And the manager didn’t even offer any sort of compensation he never even came over to apologize for this reason I don’t think I’ll return here. The only positive note is that our waiter was nice. Leaving here very unhappy. I haven’t seen my wife in four months due to my job we came here to enjoy a nice dinner and they manage to ruin it a simple apology from the manager would have went of long way.

Looked forward to this location opening. We went there once on Monday night just after they opened… and once will be all. Waitress was very nice and took are order, soon came back to table and told us they didn’t have one of the steaks we ordered. A steak advertised on their National TV add, and this locations website was not available. This was one of the reasons we came in, we had dined at other Longhorn locations and had always had a good experience, not this time. An asst. Mgr(Jamey) came to our table and told us they were not obligated to serve the advertise specials. When we said, that is why we came in she said«too bad what do you want me to do». At this point, we ask for the general manager, who came to our table«Eddie Duggar», and to our surprise he became confrontational and argumentative with us. He told us they did not advertise the specials. We told him that we looked at their website before we KMan and, yes they did advertise them. He became more and more confrontational, So we ask him to leave our table. At this point he told us we needed to leave. We said we would leave as soon as we finished our appetizer and our drinks. We had a coupon for a free appetizer, my partner had a beer, and I was drinking an iced tea. We had canceled the rest of our order. Again he asked us to leave, we said we would as soon as we finish. He then told us to leave now, or he would call the police. We said we were ready to leave but he would not get out of our way so that we could. Again he told us to get out don’t you worry about the bill. There wasn’t much of a bill since we did have the coupon for the free app and we had only the two drinks. All we wanted to do was to have him move away from our table that he was leaning up against so that we could leave. Finally he moved away and we left not happily. Another server ran out and I apologize for the service in the restaurant, He had never come to your table but was appalled at the service we have received. He was the one good thing that happened to us at that restaurant that night. We will not be back. That manager does not deserve to be a manager at a restaurant. Thank you Eddie Duggar. The worst experience I’ve ever had with a manager,(GM yet), at a restaurant! We won’t be back. I gave them one star, because no stars was not an option. I doubt they will last long.

Great food and great atmosphere. Food came out quick especially for the first Friday of the restaurant being open. Great stuff and loads of food choices. The wait time was only 30 minutes for opening night.

This is it… Ordered my Tennessee honey Jack Daniels with Coca Cola and it was official! they only stay open till 10 right now and 11 on the weekends but I’m sure if enough people come together we can get this spot to stay open better hours! I ordered the spicy chicken bites off part of the appetizer menu and I must say they’re actually really good! They serve the chicken bites boneless breaded with a Chipotle habanero honey glaze dipping sauce it was it was very good. The bartender who took care of me, William T, he’s cool he is good, employees like him are what keep faithful patrons coming back and back!

Just opened yesterday. Seems like they are fully staffed, plenty of waiters on every table :) The place is nice just like all their locations. Steaks came out quick and was very juicy. Worth a visit since its in a great location and can be an alternative to Olive Garden across the street or Cheesecake Factory for lunch or dinner.
