I had the best experience with Victoria she specialized a gorgeous pair of prescription Chanel aviator pink glasses for me. It was not cheap but they came out beautiful. The customer service was amazing and Victoria made sure they were perfect for me. I am a firm believer of «you get what you pay for» and my glasses were worth every penny spent! Dr. Weismann also gave me a perfect prescription. All around a great experience. Last year I dealt with the Optical Image in Park Place mall and Robert made my experience equally amazing!!! Nothing but love for this place

Glasses here are soooo expensive. I checked out some chanel frames and they were all $ 600.00 or above! Other places in town do not price frames this high! I think I will go somewhere else

Our quest to find that perfect pair of frames (for my other half) led us to Optical Image in the Tucson Mall. For a small store they have a great selection of frames. And I mean a great selection of frames. Some of the coolest frames I’ve ever seen in this town. We were promptly greeted by Eleanor who, I must say, was AWESOME. She wasn’t deterred by the fact that we didn’t bring the prescription (the first clue that we weren’t buying today). She quizzed us about his prescription to find out any limitations or preferences for a frame and then patiently showed us frame after frame. She made suggestions and offered input on what looked best while gently selling their product — better frames, better lenses — very tactfully. She never rushed us or indicated in any way that we should come back when we were more serious about buying. We go on this quest about every two years, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience. These are top-​of-​the-​line designer frames and lenses using the latest technologies. Even with insurance expect to shell out some serious dough. Although we haven’t yet made a purchase, I wanted to give a shout out to the excellent selections and Eleanor’s top notch customer service.
