Wow, I was let down here. Just here at this location I’m sure. The customer service was completely atrocious, and the drinks were watered down. I’m pretty sure P.F. Changs has not made the name they have for themselves based on this location. Food was decent can’t take that away from them. Perhaps they should hired older more mature staff that will take they’re job a bit more seriously.

I am so glad Tucson has a P.F. Changs! The food is delicious and the portions are big. I like to get their two for $ 42 deal, which comes with soup, appetizer, entrees, and dessert. It is a little bit pricey, but it is worth it. Their happy hour also has great specials on drinks and food Monday through Friday from 3 – 6. This definitely is the best Chinese restaurant in Tucson.

They have a large menu with a lot of options including a gluten free section. Although I don’t need gluten free, I had the gluten free ginger chicken that had broccoli with it. It was a big portion and I could only eat half so you could get 2 meals out of your meal if you don’t eat a lot. I really liked the taste and the chicken and broccoli were cooked nicely-tender but not overcooked. They have a number of booths as well as table seating and a bar. The service was very good and it was a nice meal.

One of my favorite places. I always have one of the noodle dishes with shrimp & chicken. I love the sauce where they mix the 3 things together. Service was very good. My go to place for Chinese in Tucson.

Returned here in April of 2016. Server Shantel was delightful. Once again, we chose to ‘graze’ and enjoyed a variety of soups, sushi rolls and Chinese-style appetizer items. Tried the Strawberry ginger root shortcake for dessert, and we loved how the addition of ginger completely updated the dish. Awesome concept. Beautiful restaurant, plus the great food! They all seem to really care.

I started with one star just because of our terrible service. It looked like there was only one waiter for our section(15 tables maybe). 30 minutes in and we haven’t had our drinks refilled. I had to ask for my drink twice before it was brought out. Maybe it was the Zinburger our waiter bragged about eating then made him sleepy. He bounced back and the service improved to what we expected. No complaints about the food, it was great. Try the Mongolian beef and ask for it spicy. We had a large table and we got to try everyone’s meal. The parking area is always full, you should park valet or just drive to the rear of the restaurant.

Love, love, love PF Changs. If it’s good enough for Al Davis’ son(the guy who inherited the Raiders, doesn’t leave home without his fanny pack and a ginger bowl cut, and arrives in his not very stylish Chevy Astrovan, then it sure as hell is good enough for me. He loves the place so much he calls it his office. Nuff said.

this place was aiitteee. i havent had pf chang’s for maybe 10 years, but there arent a lot of lunch options near my client, so we phoned in orders and picked up. orders are ready way before the time they quote you — so that is a plus! i got the shanghai waldorf salad with chicken and miso dressing — it was pretty good. chicken was seasoned nicely, and they give you quite a few pieces. my fave part of the salad was probably the sweet and crunch walnuts and granny smith apples — haha. kale was slightly too tough — the kale salad at next door zinburger is much better treated for salad. but nonetheless — fast, friendly service and reasonable prices for a large salad! they also put all the sauces in a ziploc bag with i thought was a great touch!

I think P. F Chang’s is a nice place go-to, semi-authentic/Americanized Chinese cuisine. I’ve eaten here countless times at many locations. One thing that I do like about them is that use good quality. A lot of times when you opt for Chinese food, you usually suffer in the other areas(sanitation, meat quality, atmosphere, etc.) Also, since the house sauce is pre-made so, they are pretty consistent. Fact: the lady where original recipe came from, was Chinese so don’t think they don’t serve some close to authentic dishes just because they are a chain. However, with that being said, They have strayed away from that and I’m not too fond of the newer menu items they have introduced. They are not very Chinese, if you ask me(and I’m Chinese-first gen.!) They removed the chow fun from their menu and it was VERY authentic and surprisingly well-made. Here are my favorite things to order: Appetizers: Dumplings(I personally like it the old way) — they do make these in house, plus! Spare Ribs — both good, I like the one with the 5 spice and pretty authentic. Crab Ragoon — they actually use real crab! Most places use imitation crab meat. Lettuce Wraps — are good for bigger groups Soup: Wonton(the wontons can def. be better but I like the pieces of chicken and shrimp) & Chicken Noodle(Not very authentic but taste good. Only comes in bowl size) Entrée — Combo Lomein, Combo fried rice, Ma Po Tofu(I always order this mild), egg plant, Mongolian Beef, Crispy honey chicken/shrimp, they use to be these Prawns and I think they’ve been replaced by something else but I’m not sure if they are any good, the Hot Fish is decent and my brother loves Chang’s Chicken. I love their packaging for takeout. Everything is wrapped and wrapped again if needed. Items such as soup or sauces.(Packaging must be pricey but that’s why their food is more expensive then most, right?) Their phone service is great and they remember your name from your phone number, nice personal touch. I also like that they open later than most restaurants in the northside.

This is the date night Asian restaurant for my wife and I. It is an Asian favorite of ours. The food is rich and flavorful, the drinks are good, and the desserts are tasty. Some of the items on the menu are very inventive, but for the most part, you will find the tried and true American Asian dishes. Every single time we have been, we have extremely great service that is cordial and knowledgeable.

Steady! Consistent. Different yet generic. Many years ago I loved this chain. With so many new and different restaurants that seem to always appear this one seems to be left behind! Anyway. We did enjoy the meal. Again you can depend on consistency in flavors.

Always have a pleasant time when dining here. Melissa is a great server and well as Mitch! Can’t wait till I can afford to eat here every day! The only down side to Chang’s is if you order take out. The food portions when compared are not even close to the amount of food you get when sit down at a table. And its not like that has only happen once. Cause it has happened multiple times. I’ve given up ordering to go orders, and it’s sad, because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has noticed the extreme difference in the amount of food you don’t get when ordering your food to go. Other than that, 5stars*****

5 stars for service and 5 stars for food. My boyfriend and I dined here yesterday for my 21st birthday. They weren’t very busy at the time, and we were seated at one of the large booths. We had the PF Chang’s For Two Egg Drop Soup: Both of us had this. I wanted the Wonton Soup as listed on the websites menu, but its not on the physical menu in the restaurant. Dynamite Shrimp: Oh my god. This is soooo good. I could seriously eat an entire meal of these. Sesame Chicken and Lo Mein: We decided on these two, and shared both. Both dishes were delicious and filled us up fast. We finished the Sesame Chicken but had Lo Mein left over which they put in a to-go box for us. For desert, our waitress actually upgraded us to the Great Wall of Chocolate for no extra charge since it was my birthday. They brought it out with a candle and had written«Happy Bday» on it in the raspberry sauce. I also asked our waitress for a drink suggestion for something«fruity» for my first legal drink and she recommended the Chang’s Mai Tai which was absolutely wonderful. Our waitress Erika was very, very nice and very attentive. She had great suggestions, and I’m so very thankful that she upgraded our desert for us! Even though the food was amazing, she was what really made the night special!

I am in town visiting my mom this year to escape the cold, snow & ice back home. found out that this location is a test store, so they offer more selections on both the regular menu and the gluten free menu. Once again I had a great meal despite my having a dairy allergy and not eating gluten. I love that they continue to expand on their Gluten Free Menu. Before I left home I traded in my American Express Points for a $ 25 E-Gift Certificate so I could save my mom money while I am here visiting here. I tend to be a creature of habit and if I like a particular food item a lot, I tend to order it again because I know it will be good. I ordered the Gluten Free Mongolian Beef and it was the lunch size portion this time, I love when food is consistently good. My mom ordered the Dan Dan Noodle Dish and she had enough left over for 3 more meals, she really loves it and has ordered it before. My mom has a $ 25 gift card that my sister gave her so we will be going back to use that along with a $ 10 coupon she received via email to use on a $ 50 purchase so we will have more dishes next time that I can report on.

Changs is yet again a piece of China in little Tucson! I can dine in or take home and still enjoy the excellent cuisine crafted by masters! The hubs and I decided to dine at PF Changs tonight before we headed downtown to the Dios de Los Muertas festival downtown. Augustine is our favorite bartender! We always sit at the bar, but he is what makes the experience. He is patient with how picky I am with my wine and always gets our good out in a hurry. My favorite is always the tofu lettuce wraps! So much flavor and so little guilt.

Good chain food and nice service staff PF Chang’s is a safe go-to for us when eating with my in-laws. Nothing truly spicy for family sensitive to that. Good selection of dishes. And they have one of the most robust appetizers menus, which works well for those of us with little kids who have shifting pallets. And this location has a couple good restaurants clustered together. Hot and Sour Soup was super salty this time. Other than that, the gyoza were par, the Ginger Edamame was excellent, and the Lettuce Wraps was the usual greatness. Everyone also liked their main courses– Mongolian Beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, Crispy Honey Chicken(or beef?), and Asian Grilled Salmon. We were full enough that we had to forgo dessert. The Banana Lumpia/Spring Rolls at PFC is one of the best desserts at a chain restaurant out there. Service was also superior. Never had an empty cup, food hit the table with perfect timing, and plate temps had nothing burning nor anything cold/lukewarm. Gave an extra nice tip in return.
