I was at panda express on wilmot and golf links with my daughter. I had to wait the mixed vegetables after i paid for 17 minutes instead of giving me the food that was ready. I had to ask for my meal. The staff were just standing and talking there. They didn’t apologize at all. Never come back here again.

Food is OK, but never order on line. Tonight ordered online and arrived at time order said food would be ready, 30 min wait. I arrived at Panda, they of course didn’t have my order. They copied my order from the copy of online order I brought with me. They said please wait my order would be ready soon. They then served 20 walk in customers. I went back to line and asked where my order was, they then put my order in take out box. So ordering on line added a 30 minute wait before going to Panda and a 15 min wait in the Panda. If I had just walked in I would have had my food 45 minutes quicker and avoided sitting around in Panda for 15 minutes like the people that walked in after me.

I was surprised that it tasted as good as it did. Years ago, it did not. Today, it was just fine. We had the noodles as our side. Our 3 items for dinner were beef and broccoli, orange chicken, and a spicy beef — all three was were very good. Nothing intriguing or different, but classic and good. The chicken was cooked correctly, the spices were just right, the beef was lean. The crab puffs and the sweet and sour sauce were decent too. We also got a diet grapefruit Sobe on tap which was delicious. All of this for $ 13.16 — fed me and my 3 kids for lunch. That’s a good deal. Like I said, not special, but surprisingly good for a mall Panda Express.

This is your standard«mall» Panda Express. It is in the middle of the food court in Tucson Mall. We love the orange chicken here, so in that respect, it is good. However, we have run into the same problems at this particular Panda Express more than one time. The line is usually one of the longest in the food court, which means that it is likely that by the time you get up to the front of the line, if you are ordering one of the more popular items, they may be out of it. Patience is not one of the virtues given to me, so I usually get frustrated and leave when this happens. They also have been out of trays a lot of the times we have been there, which means you have to carry your plate, drink, napkins and utensils around the food court while you try to find a place to sit.
