So saaaad. Not sure if Panda standards are getting worse or if their food has always been this bad?! I was so disappointed and dissatisfied. This is the third time I’ve eaten at this location and both times the food tastes like it had been there since yesterday. My son wouldn’t even eat the noodles or chicken which he loves. $ 10 for a 3-plate entrée!!! I’m taking my business elsewhere… besides no signs for upcharges on *new* items. Which the new ribs tasted liked cardboard.

First time eating at this location. The inside was clean and employees were nice. However I was bothered by watching an employee put a Rangoon that had dropped on the counter back in the dish to serve to customers. Food tasted normal, nothing special.

So I had an unfortunate event happen when another panda opened, and I vowed to never eat there again. Fast forward two years and I find myself ordering the same wonderful delicious things I remember from long long ago. And like that I was hooked. Today after being out and about on a «mom» day, did some shopping then stopped into Panda to have a quick bite. The staff was nice enough, a little slow but they looked understaffed. I got my food, ate it there and long story short I’m now in the bathroom with terrible pains in my stomach. Thank you for food poisoning ONCEAGAIN!

I like this place. We all know what it is — it’s nothing fancy, but the food is usually good and the menu is always changing. Plus — love the Orange Chicken!

The service here was horrible. The server took anywhere from 2 to 6 minutes per person. With 5 people in front of me, it took almost 18 minutes to get to the register. He seemed to be confused and disoriented and people had to repeat their orders several times to him. With three total people on the line, that’s unacceptable.

I’ve eaten here many times. I really like the Walnut Shrimp, but they never give you enough walnuts with the shrimp. This last time, there was only enough shrimp left in the pan for my bowl that I ordered and there about 15 walnuts in the pan. When I got home, I realized that I did not even get ONE walnut! Was the server eating the last walnuts in the pan herself or are they so cheap that they reuse the walnuts over and over? This isn’t the first time this has happened. I wish they would serve the dish that they advertise — cheap skates!!! As I walked by tables(from the lunch crowd) I also noticed that all the tables were dirty still. I GIVEUP! I’ve given them a bunch of chances, and the service seems to always get worse. The servers aren’t even friendly — never a smile for the customer. NOT ever eating here again. Other Panda Expresses around town are much better. These people at this store have gotten VERYGREEDY! Greed = NOMORECUSTOMERS. Subway, around the corner will be my choice when I pass by for a quick meal.

Food is good, but service is very slow and the people behind the counter are not very nice or friendly. Design of the restaurant is weird. If they are busy I highly recommend going in through the back or you have to cut through the people in line in order to to the back of the line.

Panda Express is another ok fast food place. It’s nice to have an option besides burgers to eat fast. The food at this particular location is usually hot and tasty for what it is. The Orange Chicken is their best dish. The cheese rangoons aren’t too greasy and are good. The rice and noodles are good for a fast food version of them. The service is fine. The cleanliness of the store could sometimes be better, but it’s only been bad when bad parents have let their kids run amuck in the store throwing food around, which seems to happen every time I’m in this location. Overall, if you’re looking to eat relatively cheaply and quickly, and don’t want a burger, then I’d recommend Panda Express.

You people are way to harsh on this place. It’s good tasty fast food Chinese. It’s not trying to be anything more.

If McDonald’s were suddenly to come up with a Mc“Asian” meal, this is the kind of crap they would sell. My husband and I were both out running separate errands and it turned out we were both in the area. We decided to meet there. Big mistake. I had one entrée, rice and an egg roll. Yuck. I can’t even remember what entrée I had. I think it was beef and broccoli. I tasted some of whatever my husband ordered and it all had the same horrible taste. I could even finish half of what I ordered, so I sat there finishing my drink. I hate wasting food, but for this place, I would’ve gladly thrown my whole order away. I was heading home after this. I live about 15 minutes from this place and I have to say it was the longest 15 minutes of my life. Almost as soon as I got in the car, I got a stomach pain which could only mean that I had to get to a bathroom pronto. I was driving getting more and more mad at the stupid panda thinking about how I’d have to talk my way out of this in case I got pulled over for speeding. Or what if I couldn’t hold it until I got home? I decided that I’d send a cleaning bill over to Panda Express because their crap food was putting me in this situation. Anwyay, I made it home. Now and forever in my mind Panda Express equals poop. Sorry for the TMI but you had to know the truth.
