I always make sure I get Marnie to cut my hair, she has been doing it for years and I have never had a bad experience.

Oh my do not get your haircut by Sarah. She cut off 3 inches of my hair. One side is totally shorter than the other. If you get Sarah just say no!!!

I just had my haircut there, Elizabeth was very nice, she listened, she did what I asked and my hair looks great! Thank you Elizabeth!

I just can’t go here anymore. Used to be very good, but now it seems that there is a different group of stylists every time I go in. Either that or the only one there is the manager, who is the only one (twice now) that I’ve gotten a bad haircut from. Complete spots missed and not trimmed similar to the rest. And we’re talking a simple guy’s haircut. If I come by and she’s the only one or even if she’s one of the a stylists there at the time then I just pass and go elsewhere.
I’ve noticed that part of the problem is the stylists are also the clerks/​receptionists. They have to stop in the middle of your haircut multiple times to greet customers and answer the phone. When they return they are often distracted and seem to miss the detail aspects of a good haircut as they rush to finish up or look over every time the door opens. Seems understaffed and or just plain mismanaged lately. My last visit there was some strange tension and weird back and forth between the manager and staff.
Maybe I’ll come back in 6 – 8 months to see if it’s improved. In the meantime, I’ll look around to see where their good stylists went that aren’t there anymore.

Always go here for my haircut. Very good location and i suggest you get either Trish or Erin. Hands down the best there! It is a very good atmosphere and everybody is nice.
