Showed up before closing and they had already started putting away food. Seemed like they were more worried about getting out of there instead of serving food. Would not go there again.

Horrible service never go here. I’m in the drive thru. I get up to the speaker. I wait a few minutes no one responds. The 2 cars ahead of me were there just a few seconds and took off. I assumed that after 5 minutes that the speaker wad broken so I drive up to the window. I get there the young man in the drive thru looks at me with anger in his eyes and visibly annoyed. He says in a loud voice, can I help you?! I said I was trying to order. He immediately yells at me without allowing me to finish speaking with you are supposed to order back there! I tried to explain that I was waiting but no one acknowledged me. He then yells again, I was helping a customer! The entire time he looks like he wants to kill me. I told him that I wanted to speak to the manager because I also was a customer and he had no business speaking to me in the manner that he was. I was told that no manager was onsite. He asked if he could take my order. I refused and went inside. Inside I was met with a friendly Hispanic lady. She said that the manager was in break. She asked what happened, I explained, and she offered me free food. The whole time the guy from the drive thru was giving me dirty looks and making comments. I refused the food and I am letting all the Unilocalers know what a douche bag they have working there.

I’ve come here several times and consistently the drive thru line is a long, long wait. Last night I spent nearly 20 minutes in the drive thru. However, the staff is always friendly and a couple of times they’ve offered a discount for the wait. Last night they were out of the string bean chicken and the steamed vegetables side. No worries, I got there less than 30 minutes before they closed, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. I got orange chicken instead and was disappointed with it. The pieces were probably 75% breading and 25% chicken on average. I at least reminded myself why I don’t get orange chicken. The mushroom chicken was very good, however. I also reminded myself why I always get the steamed vegetables instead of the rice — it’s healthier, plus the fried rice is just meh. There’s definitely some room for improvement at this location. At least they have friendly staff and that makes up for it.

Always a llooooonnnnnggggg wait at the drive thru, then 5 to 10 minutes of sitting at the window before anyone opens it to greet you or give you the food. Usually the food is fairly good for«fast food» but almost every time they are out of something I ordered. Poorly managed!

After a miserable experience at the Panda at Grant & Swan, I decided to drive over to the one at El Con. I consistently have friendly service and a good experience when I go to this one, and the drive through means limited human interaction, always a bonus for an introvert like myself. Brittany was working the drive through and was VERY nice, let me know there would be a delay as as they finished cooking my Sweet Fire chicken(no problem), gave me a small discount because of the delay, and gave me a little red envelope for Chinese New Year. The food was fresh, yummy, and crazy good. The green beans were cooked to perfection, my bag was full of soy and chili sauce. Love this Panda. Thanks for making my night!

As much as I wanted to leave 5 stars for this Panda Express because they were open on Xmas day, as much as I was disappointed with the rudeness of service. I invited a coworker out to eat there and I was embarrassed, the food was left there waiting on the egg rolls while the manager was on her phone talking and fighting with someone then came back without saying anything trying to bag our food in an angry manner after we waited for her to finish her conversation, she never added the egg rolls and when we asked we felt like a burden. Guess what, thanks for being open but if I knew we would be treated like that I would of went somewhere else Yazmin!

Consistently the slowest fast food place ever. Literally have sat in the drive thru line for 40+ minutes on more than one occasion. Their food is not worth that kind of wait.

Went in here tonight extreme disappointed, 90% of the trays were empty or we were getting the last of the old food, the wait for everything was ridiculous and you could see one of the staff cooks in the back just walking around like there weren’t 20 empty trays of food up front and they never ever ever have sting bean chicken(I mentioned that in my last review of this location but literally the last 5 times I’ve been here they never have it, when I asked the lady this time why it’s always empty she said they run out of it. I’m sorry but if you run out of it every single day the person ordering the food must be on another level of incompetent) and the cherry on top was that this time their entire soda machine was«down» but for the lemonade. We left before reaching the register. I will say that the lady who helped us was nice when they are normally busy, rushed and rude. She’s the sole reason for their two stars.

Stopped by Panda drive through. Ordered Teriyaki chicken as part of our entrees. Drove 30 minutes home and unpacked. Hmmm no teriyaki sauce. Irritated I called them. Get this and I quote«We don’t give out teriyaki sauce unless requested»…Hello! I ordered TERIYAKI chicken and I have to ask for the very sauce that MAKESITTERIYAKI? She was apologetic about the policy and offered coupons but I passed. I will be calling district tomorrow to inquire. Absurd.

Will never go here again. Staff rude, quality of food crappier than it ever was & now they dictate to you that you have to order 3 meat entrees with their family meal which I have never had to do before-ever! What if I don’t like meat? They said it is because customers were«too greedy» about the non meat items which would cause them to run out. Sounds like a piss poor excuse for bad ordering practices to me. Besides, that is how they talk & feel about their customers??? Uh I think I will be giving my hard earned money to someplace that wants my business & appreciates it. Good bye Panda– I wont be missing you trust me.

Came here late on a Thursday and all the staff walked by to let me know someone would be right with me– the main person serving was ringing up a customer. I just liked that I was acknowledged and that’s enough even when you wait. Good food, spacious set up. Everything one expects from Panda. I saw a fresh bowl of the item I wanted about to put out and asked if I could have that instead of what was sitting in the bowl and almost empty, and they obliged, and that made me happy. Fresh and steaming hot. Good food!

Came here twice. First time food was not good, orange chicken was hard, I didn’t even want to eat the rest of my food. Second time they gave me my order all wrong. Horrible Panda Express so far the worst one.

Location is good but the girl who took the order talked to other employee in Spanish in front of us although she speaks good English. The other girl did not respond. It seemed the girl did talked about our family. Hope management educates its employees regarding manners. Also they do not make eggplants entrée anymore. Perhaps it is not profitable in that store. Wish they prepare more choice in the future.

Food was old and only had one cashier working. The line was moving but with only one cashier the wait was long so that by the time I got my food it was cold as well.

Panda Express food is good and we always come here. Live close by, when we are in mood stop by for delicious Panda Express . Like the chow mein and meaty ones. Upon enter server ready to serve me did not take that long to wait not like other Unilocaler said speak no English that was old time back in 12⁄11. Much better now but what I notice is tables not wipe down after customer leaves. As for restroom it is okay and not messy, otherwise not want to row a boat in there. Overall yum and a wink!

Relatively cheap, always consistent, dern tasty Americanized Chinese food — and it even has a drive through. What more is there to love? The taste of the orange chicken? It’s delicious — orangey, sweet, spicy, and the lightly battered chicken is consistently excellent. I can even take my kids here and split two of the«double entrée» meals and still have leftovers. I can speak highly of the white rice(for the kids) and fried rice(maybe could use a *few* more of the veggies in the mix, but no complaints), and orange chicken. I’ve tried a few other of the meats and they are just as delicious, but I keep going back to the orange. As for sides — the eggrolls are fantastic as are the spring rolls. Both are a tiny bit on the greasy side(or greezy if you’re from the midwest like moi) but not dripping. The cream cheese rangoons are good, but for three smallerish puffs at around $ 2 with tax, they’re probably not worth it. I tend to get them while hitting the drive through as I want to eat *something* while I drive home. Plus, I like that they tend to offer a few«extra» soft drink flavors(such as a Sobe diet pomegranate drink) and quite a few bottled drinks, too(juices, gatorade, etc.).

Don’t even say it. After so many wonderful years of dining experiences ranging from high end cuisine to low end dives I should know you get what you pay for. And here you get consistency — in «terribleness» — I had to make up a word — its that bad. I used to enjoy PE in the old days, but it is obvious they didn’t receive any Govt Bailouts to improve their food and decided to go cheap and never come back. From the overcooked rice to the hardened chicken that doesn’t even look like the huge narcissistic posters of food obviously from other restaurants they have hanging on the walls, this is an all around waste of money and time. Sink your dollars into some sushi from Target’s deli area rather than spend your hard earned cash on the low grade and unprepared food at this restaurant.

This restaurant location is new and feels very welcoming once you walk inside. There always seems to be a long line in the drive through. If you decide to walk-in then be warned that the aroma of the food will make your mouth water as you wait in line. They have a lot of meat dishes with gooey sauces and salty options. Therefore if you are on a diet or are watching your sodium/calorie intake then I don’t recommend Panda Express.(The Panda Express has nutrition info on their website.) I am sorry to say the fried rice was tasteless and had no seasoning(very bland). So I used soy sauce(which I often avoid doing) so I could eat what I paid for. Maybe it was just a bad batch? Don’t know. My hubby ordered their chow mein. The plate looked like a cooked version of the scrawny store packaged ramen noodles with a few cabbage chunks thrown in. He loved it, but I wasn’t thrilled with it’s appearance.(His plate just screamed«I taste CHEAP.») Will I go back? Not on my own time.
