Clean, well-​maintained and modern. Lisa onsite was very friendly and helpful. Shem made sure that we had all the information we needed prior to our rental. We were very satisfied.

Chas is the mgr and is a pleasure to work with. We have a complicated storage situation and she was able to handle all our needs for a climate control storage area. The site was very clean and our storage area was spotless. Would highly recommend this site and Chas.

Santa Barbara, CA
Robert Hole, the District Manager, actually went through all my belongings and loaded up his truck and stole half of my stuff in my storage unit. There are plenty of complaints about him on the internet already. I have witnesses from 2 previous employees there who said this is a common practice at this location. Good luck getting a hold of anyone at the Corporate Office in Phoenix or in LA. The only way to get these people’s attention is through an attorney. I meet with someone next week to get the ball rolling on this.

Online advertisement offered 15% discount. I reserved & went to facility at Speedway/​Pantano in Tucson. Discount not given. The manager (I believe her name was Linda) was really professional and nice. However District Manager, Robert Hole, informed me asterisk stated certain conditions needed to be met. Pulled it up on my iPhone and it stated online customers ONLY — which I was. He was aware I was going to pay 6 months in advance. Also planned on purchasing $ 300 worth of packing supplies & had intended on being there several years. If District Manager will lie on my first visit and try to BS me, he doesn’t need my business. I walked out after letting him know that I would be contacting corporate office. Very poor business practices on his part!
