The managers at the front desk were very friendly and explained my monthly cost. My storage unit was cleaned, they attached a string to the light to make the switch longer, and made sure my code worked properly. If you need a storage place, this is definitely the place to use!

I’m relocating from San Francisco to Tucson, and decided to leave my things in storage in case I wasn’t able to find a place in time. I did my homework and the rates CubeSmart offered online were better than those of Public Storage (which I usually use). They even went so far as to e-​mail me my total. When I arrived, my total went from $ 16.60, the total I was e-​mailed, to $ 53! I decided to go with Public Storage. CubeSmart lost a possible customer in me when they didn’t disclose all of their charges. If you decide to go with CubeSmart, contact them to verify your total charges otherwise you’ll meet a surprise upon arrival.

Just relocated here in Tucson from Florida! So far, the managers in the front desk were really nice to me and they made me feel welcome!
I was impressed that the self storage unit was cleaned however, they did not install the light bulb in my unit. I don’t think I would ever need it because I’ll go there during the day.
By the way, I believe that it was one the best deals when you use this service, you’ll get one month FREE and 15 percent off of the rental storage and plus anyone you make a referral to a friend then you’ll get another month FREE. Especially it offers, Month to Month payment mode.
I don’t see that many great offers compare to another storage companies.
