Jeff Berandt is dishonest and untrustworthy! This store advertised a bundle plan for existing customers that was not actually available so they could sell a tablet. Then when the bill was not what Jeff said it would be he strung me along for two months, making it impossible to return the tablet. Fortunately, the Sprint Customer Retention department fixed the issue. Don’t believe anything this liar says! Sprint should really reconsider it’s relationship with Radioshack if their associates engage in dishonest practices.

Just went in here on two separate occasions and worked with two different sales people. I was very happy with the customer service and how helpful both of them were.
Both times they had exactly what I was looking for and helped me figure out which item would best meet my needs.
Absolutely great service, good location, reasonable prices, and friendly professional employees (so wonderful!)
Just be careful with the parking lot– there’s a lot of parking but I feel like this is one of the more dangerous parking lots to maneuver.
