This store did a terrific job for us in delivering a Tempurpedic mattress on short notice. Susie was able to handle the sale pleasantly and efficiently over the phone, even though the item was being discontinued, was not in stock, and had to be ordered from Phoenix. The owner, Steve, did a fantastic job with the delivery and setup. Turned out that the foundation sent down from Phoenix was the wrong size, so he had to re-​deliver that, but once again, was very pleasant and helpful. This is a first-​rate operation that deserves to be patronized by us in the community.
During a later visit to the store, I was impressed with the variety of ergonomic merchandize: chairs, back pillows, desks, recliners, all kinds of goods to «relax the back.»

If you have back issues, this is the place to come… I received excellent customer service here from Steve, the store’s owner. I arrived at Relax the Back Store just as they were opening at 10 AM. Immediately, Steve introduced himself and set out to find exactly what my needs were. Being that I’m a Realtor, I spend an exorbitant amount of time in my car. I have had some spinal issues recently, and the thought of an impending road trip to Northern Arizona was enough for me to decide that I needed some back support for my car. Steve outfitted me with an exceptional back support apparatus that I can leave in my car. Already I feel better!
Mind you, most of the items they carry are not cheap. But if you are in pain, money is the least of your worries. They carry all types of posturepedic mattresses, spinal support chairs, portable back and neck support, as well as inversion tables. I highly recommend this business if you need some help with spinal support.
