A little annoying that they open right at 10 on football Sunday, and they don’t have one vegetarian entrée, but… great TV set up, awesome service, and a good crowd. They also have good beers on tap. I will head over to watch games again, but not for food.

super typical dive bar. The bartender was lovely and let us help her pick out some fun tunes for the jukebox. love that you can order food from the taco truck(El Nene) outside and they bring it in to you. drink prices are reasonable. we were there early — 8pm, so it was a really mellow crowd. Felt like it was a handful of locals just hanging out for their evening. I’d definitely go back.

Typical dive bar. Cheap beer, easy made greasy bar food, decent music, and good bar tenders. The place is big enough to bring a group and there is room to dance, which sometimes they have live music. I would go back.

I love dive bars. The kinds of places that you learn all the regulars and bar tenders names make me feel like home. This bar is set up just right for that. It is small but has all the amenities needed in a good bar: pool table, dart board, bar stools and booze. A friend mentioned wanting to try it and I jumped at the idea because I drive past all the time. I am so glad I did I will be coming back. My friend and I were able to chat comfortably all night but we also made friends with the other people at the bar and all enjoyed our drinks and juke box music in the meantime. If you are looking for a classy place to get a nice glass of wine, this is not the right place. If you are looking for a dark and dirty place to get in a fight go elsewhere. The Rusty Nail had an upbeat every day content feel to it.

This place is awesome. Feels like cheers everytime I walk in. El Nene out front has awesome food they let you bring in. Prices on the bottle and the nicest bartenders in town. Bartenders especially but everyone in general is as friendly as can be. A-lot of frequent neighborhood regulars, always a great dive, and its always happy hour. Door gives a good thud behind you as the bell jingles when you walk in to meet a wall of booths that I have never seen used and a U-shaped bar in the middle. Outdoor patio at 1 end, 2 dart boards, and 2 pool tables about sums up the dark interior of this dive.

Y-E-S! This place was an incredible find. Dive to the max and not in the intentional hipster overcrowded«dive bar» kind of way. Below are some of the many reason I love this bar after one visit. Amazingly nice bartender who took breaks when it was slow to play darts with the regulars. Spicy, complex Bloody Marys(actually Bloody Ceasers because they’re made with Clamato) that come in pint glasses and still only cost $ 4. $ 5 full size pitchers of PBR. The cost of non-well alcohol is simply written on the bottles. A crock pot in the corner of the bar filled with hot dogs«in case you really need one». Regulars who refer to the aforementioned hot dogs as «missiles of death». They let you bring in food from the adjacent taco cart in case you don’t want a missile of death. … if I ever decide to go on a bender in Tucson, find me here.
