The customer service @ Ina & Oracle was HORRIBLE! I will never ever use Sparkle cleaners again. They lost my pants and could care less. Am in process Of complaining higher up. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

The customer service is very bad! I walked in and automatically was given attitude by one of the girls there. I didn’t get her name but she has black hair and very pale skin. I asked her a couple of questions since it was my first time drying cleaning something and she was not very helpful. Went back for my coat and got the same girl. She went to the back for my coat and came back and as I reached out to get it she just hung it on a stand and didn’t say anything else. A «thank you» or «have a good day» would have been appreciated!!!

Usually pretty friendly service. So far all of our clothes have been cleaned on time, and they do a pretty good job. Haven’t tried out their mending services yet.
Make sure to ask how much it costs if you are getting a small shirt or woman’s shirt dry cleaned. There is a sign that says it costs more for smaller shirts to be cleaned b/​c it doesn’t fit their machine or something. They do those shirts by hand, so they charge more for those. ^_​_​^

I recently used Sparkle Cleaner or the Mendel’s alterations and was satisfied with the hemming of my slacks. So I brought two women’s shirts and a washable dress and a skirt in. I told the girl I wanted the shirts washed and the dress, the skirt I was not sure about. I picked up my clothes today and paid almost $ 33.00!!! I don’t think so. The guy told me that they don’t launderer women’s shirts. I said well I wont be back. He didn’t care.

Sparkle cleaners does a great job with our dry cleaning. We recently switched from the one at Stone & Drachman, not because we were unhappy with that one, but because the Oracle & Rudasill location worked better for us. I never have a problem with their service, their employees are polite, and they are quick (although my clothes usually sit there for weeks waiting to be picked up!)
