I come here when I’m in a pinch for jewelry supplies while trying to hold out for gem show or avoiding a one or two item catalog order! It’s a great place to go if you know EXACTLY what you need as it is pretty clear they don’t appreciate browsers. They don’t have a huge selection, so call ahead if you’re looking for something specific as they’re pretty good at suggesting alternatives they do have in stock or somewhere that might carry what you’re looking for.
Price-​wise there somewhere between wholesale and retail depending on what you’re interested in purchasing. Their findings can be expensive, but their tools and things that are usually heavy or hazardous to ship are reasonably priced which is always nice.
Customer services can be hit or miss and there is almost always at least a «1-​person» wait to be helped as it is a service only shop, so you have to work with a salesperson to pull everything for you, makes it easy to have one-​on-​one help, but can take longer than some are used to. Don’t expect to be able to run in here and grab xyz real quick!
