This Subway is different from others in the area. I think it might be a franchise and not owned by the Subway company. The store layout is different and they have a slightly different menu.
If you like the Subway steak and cheese, it is worth it to go out of your way to go to this location. When they make the steak and cheese they use this big spoon to scoop the steak (not the usual paper cartons used by most Subways). Almost every time I get a steak and cheese from this subway, there is waaaaayyyy more steak on it than any other Subway.
I don’t always order a steak and cheese sandwich but when I do, I order it at Subway on Thornydale.

I used to come here a lot more often when I went to high school across the street and lived around the corner. I stopped in yesterday with my sister while visiting our mom on this side of town. They’ve remodeled since I used to come here, but I’m not sure when that happened. It definitely looked better and the sandwiches are typical Subway sandwiches. I wasn’t overly impressed with the service, but it’s better than the people who used to work here a few years ago, for sure. I’d stop back in if I’m ever wanting Subway while at my mom’s, haha.
