I don’t know what it is about this area and their «fast food» places. It seems like this corner is very busy all the time. Went in for a sandwich today before going in to work and only one staff member was working, it’s 7:30pm and it’s always like this, there were 4 people in front of me and 2 more came in after I did. I hear someone asking for soup and they are out, I wait patiently for my turn after he has made and charged 3 people for their food. He takes the order for the guy in front of me and asks what I would like, I only get their tuna, and guess what? they are all out until tomorrow. So I leave and the girl behind me also leaves because she also wanted tuna. It’s the same way right next door at Panda Express. If I know I am stopping at either place I try to give myself an extra 15 – 20 min to get to work so I’m not late. They should not be categorized as fast food places. Very frustrating.

This place has gone down hill since it opened. The staff can be rude at times. This is one of only 4 corporate owned locations in Tucson. I know this as i was the Assistant Manager when it opened and the General Manager a few months later. It’s sad to see how this has gone down hill sonce I left.

I go here a couple times each week and the staff is always friendly and very efficient. The place is always very tidy and the food is great for Subway.

We love this location and the baristas. However, it’s always so cold in here that we will never be back!
