I’ve gone here multiple times and I’ve never had any issues. Tables are clean, they are fast and they’ve never messed up my order(like the one on Valencia!). Tonight I went through the drive-thru and that is what made me write this review. It was later than 1am and I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The guy at the drive thru window was polite, asked if I wanted any sauces and gave me napkins without me having to ask for them. He also told me to drive safe. Awesome customer service for a fast food place. Onto the actual food, The burritos I got were filled up. Everything was neatly made(another common issue with fast food is they rush and the food is thrown together). All in all this is my favorite Taco Bell on the southside and I would definitely recommend it over the one on Valencia.

I don’t know what it is about Taco Bell on the south side but… how hard is it to fill the correct order? We go on the same night every week and order the same things at this location and on Valencia and Midvale and it’s rare to actually get what you order! How hard can it be to put sour cream on a taco? Especially when it comes as a combo and has always come with sour cream? What about a Burrito Supreme… can anyone tell the difference between that and a bean burrito? When they ask«does everything on the screen look correct» I always think to myself«let’s see what we get this time…»

The place was practically empty but most of the seats and tables were dirty. We cleaned our own seats and table. Very unsat!

This location gave us an incorrect order. They gave us a hard taco in lieu of the 5 layer burrito. Also, we ordered two cheesy gordita crunches, one with beans instead of meat and one with meat. They gave us two with beans. The manager, Joseph, corrected the problem by giving us our complete, correct order for free upon out next visit. Unhappy about it but an excellent response from the manager. I wish more managers had the attention to care as this guy did.
