Taco Bell

Service is very slow, after 20 minute wait in the drive thru, the entire order was wrong. When we unloaded the bag, half of our taco was in the bottom. The rest of the taco was still wrapped up. Every time was missing something or had the exact item we asked to not have. My kid couldn’t eat her meal at all. They put cheese on and she is allergic to milk.

Worst place to eat on the Northwest side! Please Please get new management! No one wants to wait 30 mins for 1 item! It’s horrible customer service horrible food! Either get a new crew or close this location!!!

I don’t post really bad reviews very often. However, this Taco Bell may be the WORST in the WHOLE WORLD. I have pulled through several times in the past few years, and each time I say to myself that this is the last time.
This time the drive through was very slow (nobody in the restaurant), prices seem high compared to other taco bells, and food was only luke warm.
This is a taco bell /​KFC combo. So maybe they are trying to do too much? Do one or the other!
This time — I will never never go back… ever

Slowest service ever, that’s if you’re lucky enough for them to actually have what you ordered. Over 15 minutes for two burritos and I’m the only person in the drive-​thru. Good luck if you have the unfortunate chance of going here.

I’m starting to see a trend here. The ONLY reason I go to this place is because my work is located right next to it. Its convenient, however, worst service I’ve ever seen in any store or restaurant. I come here in hopes that a new manager has taken over and got their staff in check. I could tell many stories on how bad this place is, but my favorite one is my boss came in one time and waited for 10 minutes for someone to even recognize him. When they finally did he said, no thanks, I was just seeing how long it took for me to be waited on. I’ll take my business elsewhere. And that’s what I recommend everyone do.

I know I wasn’t getting much hear but I was hungry for Taco Bell. They forgot to give me my receipt and asked me if I wanted sauce, I said yes please. I got my bag, no sauce, no napkins, just sadness. The food was cold as well. Worst Taco Bell ever.

Should be zero stars!!! This place is so slow. I could probably drive to the Ina road location and back before I would make it to the drive thru window at this place. I only come here once or twice a year because they are so slow in hopes that they have new management. But this time was like the others. I was in line for 10 minutes and didn’t move so I never even made it to order my food. Luckily I was last so I backed out and left. I will NEVER come to this location again.

To say that this the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to would be an understatement. I realize that most people don’t read reviews on places as cheap as TB but my hope is that I can save at least one person from this terrible experience. The drive thru wait is always ridiculous 20 – 30 minutes and I have NEVER received a correct order. I’ve ordered cheesy bean and rice burritos and triple layer nachos and received them with sour cream on them… sour cream isn’t even an ingredient on those! That’s if I’m lucky enough to even receive everything I paid for. The corporation needs to step in and clear the place out.

The slowest fast-​food drive thru ever. I’ve been here twice and both times they have messed up my order. The drive thru line blocks people leaving their parking lot and it is choas. Customer service and quality is definitely lacking in what should be a quick taco bell tasty food place.

I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. We just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and were met with one of the rudest people. They didn’t explain the add on fee for using a debit card and when we asked about it, they displayed quite an attitude. Even the manager on duty had a bit of an attitude toward us asking. They both said, ‘It’s posted, and we’re not going to tell every customer.” Well, we don’t live on this side of town, and an add on fee should be discussed with a customer before billing it. This is actually the second time that we’ve had issues with this location. On a previous visit, they had allowed themselves to run out of ground meat for the tacos, and they were taking 40 minutes to fill an order. It’s pretty obvious that the people in charge here don’t know how to run a fast food restaurant. We got our money back and went to Burger King just up the road. When we mentioned our Taco Bell experience, they said they’d had several others already this evening and that it was typical of the lousy service from this Taco Bell /​KFC location. We will not be back.

They are super slow! Plus they charge you 39 cents to use your debit card and 25 cents for extra sauces. Rip off

BEWARE!!! Always a 20+ min wait and food is not that good and KFC never has anything that’s on the menu. This place needs new management

Walked in and the restaurant smelled really bad. I was about to walk out until the cashier said hi to me so I ordered. I was going to sit in there and eat but I wouldn’t be able to stand the smell. It is also run down and dirty. Not the most desirable place to want to get your food, much less to eat it in there. I guess I got lucky with the food and got normal fast food, because most of the other reviews didn’t.
I probably wouldn’t go back there, and wouldn’t recommend you to.

Management needs to be fired there. Been there four times and all four have been 20 to 30 minute waits. It’s Fast Food! One cash register open. One cook on a Saturday night. If it weren’t for the fact the food is decent, I’d try and give no stars. DO NOT GO THERE!

Walked in and throw up smell made me and mine turn and leave. Have eaten there previously and the service is horrible. Worst taco bell ever!!!

Yuck yuck yuck! 1) The cashier was rude 2) The chicken was lukewarm 3) The biscuits were hard and had a weird taste. Do not go here!

Horrible! Waited 10 mins at the speaker… tried to order numerous things and they were all out of it all. Finally I ordered something they had, I then sat at the window for 20 mins waiting for my food… Go else where!

Try as you may, you won’t find a Taco Bell this bad anywhere. Evidently the hiring managers are quite skilled at finding the most obnoxious employees on earth.
After giving them several chances, we are beginning to feel like gluttons for punishment!
Despite their prime location (there are too few restaurants near Continental Ranch), they just can’t get their act together. Why hasn’t corporate stepped in to do something about this place?

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not only were they «out of tortillas» so you couldn’t order anything made with tortillas (good luck with that) they were so lazy they wouldn’t make the cheesy fiesta potatoes I ordered and PAID for. They said they were «out of those too» after I already paid for them! You see it was close to closing time, so they were «out of a lot of stuff». They could refund our money, but that was about it. Do not go there whatever you do. They are a bunch of lazy employees that do not care about their customers. I even spoke to the manager on duty who said there wasn’t anything they «could do» to make it right for us. Spend your money elsewhere.

KFC/​Taco Bell combo location. I always use the drive thru. It’s not the fastest. The food is consistent. But it’s still Taco Bell. I suggest the volcano burrito and taco. Spicy and cheesy just good junk food. Chow down and don’t think about how bad it is for you.
