Originally I gave them a 5. Now they are a 1. I used to work for kfc so a part of me understands how long chicken takes. However, these are my complaints. 1) they changed their phone number but still have not updated up Unilocal or google. So I couldn’t pre order my hot wings that take 9.5 minutes to cook 2) they never chicken seriously, it’s a fast food chicken restaurant. I understand that it takes time to make chicken. However, more than 4 separate occasions has he wait been 20 minutes. At this point, I have no idea why they don’t understand to prepare during dinner rushes and lunch rushes. So no there is no excuse for this many times already 3) they have a sign plastered on their glass window that shoes $ 15 for a 10 piece meal. They said they cannot honor it anymore because the deal is over. It’s still up. Seriously that is false advertising. I am calling on corporate on you and seeing if there is any legal action I can put forth. You guys are terrible

I will never go back to this KFC/Taco Bell! The men’s restroom is a rotting cesspool from the years of neglect, the soda fountain area is usally nasty first thing after they open, which means it was never cleaned the previous night(I wouldn’t be surprised if the nozzles were never cleaned, and black mold was growing on them). They open at 9:30 am and there’s no food ready, but they don’t tell you that until after you’ve paid. One day they gave me my food and told me that the biscuits were not done yet, but they will bring them out. 30 minutes later I finished my food, and the biscuits still were not done, so I paid for an incomplete meal. The last time I went there an employee was standing outside the door to tell arriving customers that they just opened, so nothing has been cooked, and their computers & registers are not operational. Well that would of been fine, but it was 11:00 am, and they should of opened at 9:30 am. The WHOLE store was late coming in! That indicates a serious problem.

This KFC needs to be shut down. Where and who is the owner? I really want to speak with that person. I was there with my family in the evening. There were customers there that were very angry because they had been waiting for an hour for their food. I was sorry I paid for my food because it was down right scary in there. The female manager was seen in the back actually laughing when customers were screaming out negative comments. They were commenting about the manager laughing about bad service. My son took my baby grandson out into the car because we were afraid to have him be there. It was terrible. The workers were moving oddly slow and acted like they were on drugs. I am very serious. It was like they didn’t know what they were doing. It was like they were doped up. They were giving out wrong orders, putting chicken in bags and removing them, telling customers they couldn’t have their receipts until orders were completed. Every customer in there was complaining and shaking their heads. One guy was very scary angry because he ordered tacos and had been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes. The manager was laughing at him and it was making him angrier. My son kept coming in and telling me to leave because he was worried about someone shooting in there because the customers were so angry. I had already paid for my food and wanted it. We waited for over an hour and finally left. The food was take out and when we got home it was sooooo bad we couldn’t eat it. Couldn’t eat it. I’ve contacted the health department. I want to be contacted by the owner. Don’t eat at this KFC. You are at risk going in and your health is at risk if you eat here. The workers need to be drug tested. Close this KFC down!!! I didn’t want to give even one star but had to rate before writing a review.

Ok I am online for 23 minutes and counting at the drivethru of KFC/Taco Bell at noon. I was told the delay was due to them«cooking food»! Cooking food? this is a drive thru! Any special orders that cause wait time is supposed to be handled by asking the customer to pull out of line and they bring it to you. Oh not this place… lets just have the 6 cars behind sit and wait. Manager are you reading this? I told the nice girl giving me my food to tell you. Please learn about fast food before you open your next one, after this ones reputation gets it closed!

I came to this KFC4 times in the last month and everytime I’ve gone they never have white meat. It ridiculous saying they dont have any white meat because the manager did not order enough. This KFC needs a new manager.

Cannot be worse. We have tried over the years to stop coming here but it’s right next to Walmart. Tonight as always, super slow out of ingredients and kids working the drive thru that could care less. Overall I feel as though the entire KFC chain is just about done. This one is the worst.

This is by far the most worthless Kentucky Fried Chicken that I’ve ever been to. Correct that, the most worthless«fast food» restaurant I’ve been to. If I’m going to stoop to the level of eating any of this garbage, please at least make the food available that I’m going to regret eating later. The past 3 times I’ve been miserably hungover enough to think this place sounds good they haven’t been able to deliver the basics: the popular famous bowl and the chicken sandwiches off the cheap menu. Next time this place sounds worthwhile, drive past the kfc and go straight to the Wal-Mart. Walk to the deli area, grab some of their awful chicken that has sat under heat lamps for hours, and move on to picking the delicious sides and other niceties available to accompany your lush meal. Now go wait in the longest line of lovely Wal-Mart shoppers to complete the deal. Bam you have your equal kfc!

This is the second time I’ve come here around 5−6pm which Is normally dinner time and they never have anything I want the service is horrible. They are never listening and continuously asks me to repeat myself. I love KFC but I totally hate this location. I’m sure I’m not the only one!!!

This place has a bunch of bad reviews! I went through the drive through and ordered a family meal grilled style. The food took half an hour wait in the drive through! Thus the two stars. It was typical fast food so can’t complain there. I felt less guilty about getting the grilled version so as not to eat all that breaded skin. We don’t typically buy fast food but I know what I’m getting when I go to one. So, it confuses me when people go to a fast food joint and are repulsed with the service and cleanliness. You go to a junk yard expecting to buy a new car, you’re going to be disappointed.

As other have stated, you have to have time on your side. This place is not fast. They always seem to not have anything ready and have to cook it fresh, which is the only positive that comes out of it. But then the rest of your stuff is cold. Enjoy your wait!

This place has gone down the hill within the last 5 years. The lobby is almost never clean, the garbages are nearly always full to the brim, the soda machine area is usually disgusting, the employees OBVIOUSLY do not enjoy their job, the service is slow, and 9 in 10 times they get our order wrong. They are always replacing the staff but it doesn’t seem to help. The only reason I put 2 stars is because once we DO get our food and it’s correct, it’s usually pretty good.

REVIEWER: Pat Harrington. This particular location of KFC /Taco Bell is a particular disapointment to me. It is located les than 5 mintes from my house, so I keep thinking, it could’t be THAT bad ALL the time… could it? Well, it could… and it is. In my case it is a virtual coin toss if they get the order right at the drive up menu. Tonight the drive-up was pretty backed-up, so I opted to go inside and order. Backed-up there as well, but I was already in line so I figured I’d ride it out. It took perhaps 12 – 15 minutes to get the order in. Nothing fancy: 2 original breast pieces a biscuit and a cole slaw. I ordered, paid, and went back to a vacant table and waited. It looked like they were moving inside orders about as fast as the outsode orders, but eventually they started getting orders together for some of the folks who were a few orders in front of me, so this seemed encouraging. I was getting hungry at this point and was actually looking forward to getting home with the meal. 15 minutes waiting for the orde to arrive and then it happened: they brought the order up for the guy and his family who ordered after me, and I just knew this was a bad sign. It’s been 30 minutes since I walked in, and now they call my name. It’s not the same kid who took my order. It’s the manger(another kid) slightly older than the kid who took my order; but he looked a bit like the doctor who comes out of the ER with bad news for the family. He apoligized, and then said they were out of breasts and they would not be ready for another 15 minutes: would I like to wait? NO, I said and asked for my $ 8.10 back. I cn get snarly sometimes but I didn’t want to make a scene… but I was thinking to myself: YOU’RE A CHICKENRESTAURANT, RIGHT? HOWTHE F DOYOURUNOUTOFCHICKEN?!? So let’s recap: 15 minutes to get through the order line, another 15 minutes waiting after I had ordered, and then another 15 minutes(more like 20 — you know howit is) before my order woud be ready to go. I literally could have come home, put chicken in the oven and served up my dinner in the same amount of time I spent @ KFC… followed by my final trip of the evening to Panda Express to get the Hone Wanut Shrimp with Fried Rice. If I could rate this KFC with«0» stars I would. I’ve had it. I WILLNOT be going back to this particular KFC — EVER!

Another thing — I’ve only recently become aware of the harmfulness of MSG — and KFC uses more of it than any other fast food place. These KFC’s really have nothing in common with the original Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Pathetic! I waited OVER half an hour for my takeout. Slow-really slow service. Two of the workers there were coughing and hacking. Gross. When I finally got it the chicken was over cooked, dry and inedible. On top of it all when I complained to the manager-Jason-his comment was ‘sorry’. There are two kinds of ‘sorry’-this one was a «So what?-Do I care?» These people are representing a great company-I suggest retrain or replace. I will not be returning to THIS one!

This place is horrible! I was hoping to get quick dinner for my family, but instead I got gross macaroni and cheese that had burned lumps throughout the whole thing. It was disgusting! The lines at the drive-thru are ridiculous. I called and complained and I emailed them. I never got a response. This shows they really don’t care about their customer base. Will never go back!

Be careful unless you’ve a lot of free time. I was in last weekend and it took over 45 minutes of waiting just to provide a 10 and a 12 piece bucket of chicken. No apologies or compensation, just wait. I got no more or less than what I’d ordered 50 minutes before. Emailed an inquiry to the corporate response line and heard absolutely nothing. The chicken was good but hard to justify when there are places like Lucky Wishbone and Church’s willing to bend over backwards for you. I gave them a week to respond to their email, but nothing… I guess they just don’t care.

I came here with a coupon to get some food to go. I had the $ 3.99 coupon for a 2 piece chicken(drumstick and thigh), coleslaw, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit. I got the chicken extra crispy. The food was good but I felt like they gave me small pieces just so it would fit in the box with the sides and the biscuit. I’ve been to other KFC’s and they would always put the chicken and biscuit in the box and then the sides in a different bag or separated from the rest of the food. The coleslaw is cold so putting the chicken next to it would kind of warm up the coleslaw. I don’t think coleslaw is supposed to be warm. The service was ok. This was the main reason why it’s only 3 stars. I ordered and the cashier had an attitude. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and work. She didn’t even ask if I wanted grilled, original or crispy. I had to tell her crispy. After telling her, then she proceeded to ask about the sides I wanted. I gave her my coupon and she gave it to her coworker to do the transaction. I gave her the money and then she just gave the receipt and forgot to give me my change back. I said«what about my change?» and then she forgot and had to get the key from a manager or something and had to open the register again to give me my change. The interior is alright. It’s clean but it’s because no one was there. The parking is fine too. Enough space for a lot of people. Note: This location is also a Taco Bell.
