I want to speak with the owner.

This KFC in Marana on Cortaro is Wacked. I will not return! Stopped in to get a bit of Dinner to go, Bill was 14 and some change and they tacked on a .39 Debit charge. I didn’t have cash on me however I ran this as a credit, not a Debit. I did not enter a debit number. I asked for the manager because even though it’s only .39 it was not run as a debit. Martin who wears a name tag as General Manager told me they charge .39 for a debit, told him no it was a credit. He told me all bank issued cards are debit transactions. We argued the fact and I told him he had a choice, refund me my .39 cents or the entire order. He chose the entire order! He also wouldn’t give me the owners contact info to complain, said they don’t like to hear complaints? So, I brought my money to In and Out which doesn’t charge a .39 fee and total came out cheaper! How many people are getting ripped off this way? #KFCMarana #ConsumerRipoff

This place is horrible! I was hoping to get quick dinner for my family, but instead I got gross macaroni and cheese that had burned lumps throughout the whole thing. It was disgusting! The lines at the drive-​thru are ridiculous. I called and complained and I emailed them. I never got a response. This shows they really don’t care about their customer base. Will never go back!
