The joint and the point are REALLY pointing me to THESPOT. That’s where to find Dr. Eric Still at University Blvd./Euclid.

The Joint at this location has officially gone through a NAMECHANGE! Dr. Eric is now operating under That’s The Spot. Dr. Eric’s Chiropractic Centers. He is still here and still working his magic, just under a different office name! $ 20 for an adjustment, still walk-in, still wonderful!!!

I can’t say enough about the joint or dr Eric. Every time I «over yoga» or have a snowboarding accident he fixes me right away! It’s so affordable and dr Eric actually cares about each and every person he sees. The staff is very friendly and patient. You can’t go wrong here so get cracking people!

this review is odd from the start, considering I did not get an adjustment… However, I went today with my partner who was walking with a slanted gait and I know what I observed. I noticed the Dr. right away, you can observe him at work… GOODNESS this guy has really good energy, I dont mean in a New Age way. some people have it, and this guy does… oh and my partner feels better after his adjustment and I feel better having just been here.

Now called ‘That’s the Spot’. I’d never gone to see someone for an «adjustment». Never felt I needed one. Then I got this pain in the neck pinched nerve that’s sending tingles down my arm. So I figured«Why not?» $ 20 lands you on a table for a single treatment that lasts about 5 minutes. Is my pain gone? Nah, but it does at least feel a bit better. Here’s the scene: There’s one guy – Dr. Eric – who rotates among an array of 6(or is it 8?) tables, treating people as they wait. Its efficient, but does lack that one-on-one aspect that I bet is important to many in such a setting. Still, like I said, efficient. Be prepared to be twisted, snapped and squished. But nothing as extreme as some places I’m sure. Overall, friendly and compassionate care. There’s different payment levels that will get you different levels of treatment. There’s the aforementioned $ 20 adjustment all the way up to a month long«as often as you like» plan. Prices seem reasonable t me, but I don’t really know what’s what when it comes to chiropractors. There’s some that almost seem to have a cult-like reliance on their chiropractor. Certainly I saw my share in the couple visits I made here. I don’t subscribe to that. But for a little relief from minor pain, there might just be something to visiting someone actually trained to crack your back.

Not everyone’s experience will be positive here. Mine was not. I was in a car accident and seeing a significantly more expensive chiro… one day I couldn’t really afford to see her so I headed to the joint. Not good. My neck was in horrible pain after I left… it was bad enough that I ended up using my credit card and begging my chiro for a same day appt. which she didn’t have. I did get in the next day… and after I saw her my pain went back down to it’s normal range. Some people love this place, but everyone’s needs are different… this place did not fulfill my needs at all.

Please do not believe the bad reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Erik for a number of years, and he has the magic touch. Yes, you are in a room with other tables, yes, there will be a wait and maybe a line to pay. But Dr. Erik really knows how to adjust you just right. That’s the reason for the line and the wait — he is gifted. I can make that claim because I have seen many chiropractors since I’ve had spine issues all my life. Most help, some hurt, but Dr. Erik always helps the most. Plus the place is very affordable.

Fantastic. It was so good we signed up for the family plan. We were able to use our Health Savings Account credit card for payment. Thank you Dr. Eric…

Add me to the list of people with crazy messed up backs. I was told at 17 by a back specialist that I had the type of problems in my back that most women experience when they are 50. I randomly pull muscles in my back, thus confining me to the couch with the remote in hand and people having to get things for me. This would be amazing, except I’m always in so much pain. The Joint is awesome! $ 20 for an adjustment and Dr. Erik remembers me and my back issues even if its months between visits! They are also very honest. One time I went in with excruciating back pain and when it was time to be seen, Dr. Erik looked at my back and sent me to Campus Health to get an X-Ray because he suspected something much more than an adjustment had to be done. I appreciated that he took the time to see what was up and didn’t mess it all up even more. I usually walk to The Joint because I always avoid parking on University any way possible. When I walk out, I feel like I could do a couple of back flips and cartwheels. Love this place and love what they do for students at the U of A and Tucson.

A couple weeks ago, I had horrible back pain, near my shoulder blade and decided that the best way to deal with this pain was to see a chiropractor and my boss recommended going to see Dr. Eric. I had been wanting to go see a chiropractor for quite a while and this was definitely the time to go. I explained the pain I was experiencing to Dr. Eric, he felt where the problem was and told me, although it’d take a few visits, he’d be able to adjust me. I purchased the monthly unlimited package so I could get the help I needed and after each visit, I feel better. It’s affordable, there is free parking at the Tyndall garage(parking is such a pain around campus) and you are in and out in no time, no appointments necessary. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a chiropractor. I’m interested in getting one of their massages too at some point.

I’ve been coming to the Joint loyally since about 2004, because it’s simply the best for routine chiropractic care. Dr. Erik knows me, knows my body’s issues, and treats me individually(remembering exactly what I like to have done). Since it is a drop-in place, there are times when it gets quite busy. Sometimes it’s just a crap-shoot, but if you become a regular you’ll find a time that works for you that isn’t quite so busy. The pricing makes routine adjustment accessible, I particularly recommend the 1-adjustment-per-week plan for $ 65 a month. I don’t think chiropractic care will permanently change your spine or anything really majorly internal… but it makes me feel better, yet only if I do it routinely. I find that the knots in my back are lesser, my carpal tunnel syndrome stays at bay, and I sleep better at night. I’ve recommended everyone to The Joint. They’re popular and have been around for a long time for one simple reason, it’s wonderful.

I absolutely LOVE the Joint! Dr. Erik is fantastic. I can stop in on a short lunch break and be done in no time with no appointment and almost no waiting. I am always impressed by Dr. Erik. He really cares about his patients, and he remembers everyone! I am so glad I found them!

I love how The Joint operates their business. Nothing fancy, just back adjustments and some massages. You walk in, sign paperwork snd then go sit on the adjustment table. There are 6 total tables in the room and you watch as others get their adjustment done. The doc works his way around until he gets to you. He made me feel so good and took great care of me. My visit and adjustment was only $ 20! I will be back next week and the week after that!

$ 55 for a deep tissue massage. I’m a knotty naughty mess and I can walk to this place and avoid the parking nightmare of the university, so it does the job. I didn’t know this place was a chain until I looked up it’s website today. You can walk in and get a basic chiro adjustment for $ 20 but I’m on the corrective plan and can get my back and neck cracked as much as I want for $ 160/month. My sister is a doctor and rolls her eyes at the Thanksgiving dinner table when I talk about my chiropractors. She says they’re all«quacks,» but I think this place is doing my body better than taking strong medications and the like. Put that in your pill bottle and swallow it, western medicine.
