The price is normal for a normal buffet… drink selection is great, I did not ask for any extra drink, but they have Taro, Lychee, etc. so exotic! The selection is fine… seafood is great and a lot… but the Chinese food had just too much breading and the chicken was too dry… the biggest bummer for me was coconut shrimp… I was so exited! it’s my favorite food in the world… in other restaurants… this one should be called mayonnaise shrimp, there was no coconut flavor, and I hate mayo! thank you very much for that unpleasant surprise… I gave my coconut shrimp to my husband who loves mayo, but he didn’t like it either. Japanese rolls were very good, by the way, very tasty, but that’s about it… great maki rolls… mahh food, HORRIBLE«coconut» shrimps… great service. But I don’t think I’ll be going again…

Great service. Pretty nice variety and clean. Plenty of space. Went Christmas Day since limited choices and was pleasantly surprised. We were 13 from 4 to 70s and mostly everyone seemed satisfied. Also has phở and hibachi grill.

The food here is ok. But I gave it two stars because the moment we walked in and was seated we didn’t get served on, not even once. Matter of fact we had to get up and refill our own drinks and ask for cups of water from the front hostess. We didn’t even know who our waitress/waiter was. Everyone around us got service, but us. I spoke to a manager and his excuse was«we are busy». I found this place to lack huge amounts of costumer service, manager handled the situation poorly and it was plain rude!

Was a little weary going but I am glad I did. I thought it was going to be like hibachi grill was but it was not. Food was hot and fresh. I don’t like too much seafood or Chinese food but there was plenty for me to eat. Orange and sesame chicken were good, great macaroni salad, roast beef was a little red for my liking but was flavorful. Will definitely go again. Only reason why u didn’t give it 5 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting! Very dirty!

Horrible pre made Americanized Chinese food. I went here a couple times begrudgingly because my husband wanted to eat here. The food is terrible, probably the worst type of all you can eat Asian food I’ve ever encountered. Cold, over salty, over processed and just not appetizing IMHO. There are far better all you can eat Asian food places in Tucson, if you really must.

I stick to the hibachi for the most part, and have never really had a bad experience. The only thing that they lose some points for is I do have to ask for the items to be stocked as they do run out a lot. I recommend this place a lit to friends.

For a buffet, it is pretty good. There are a lot of different selections so you will probably find some things that you like. I tend to like the honey chicken, sesame chicken, and other things. There is a really nice hibachi bar. It doesn’t have as much to put on compared to specifically hibachi restaurants but it is decent for a buffet. I do really like the potstickers and the sauce you can get for them. String beans and garlic is good as well. The sushi is pretty standard. Nothing fancy. Same with the dessert area. A lot of pre-made cakes and stale palmiers. Usually some sort of fruit but not very fresh. I never really eat the dessert here, but my sister really likes the tapioca. I wish you could eat the ice cream but I have seen a lot of kids drop things in the buckets and just grab with their hands — despite a sign that says they need an adult to accompany them to the ice cream area. No one monitors it. Granted, parents should do that job, but I avoid the ice cream now. As others have said, bathrooms are kinda gross. Service is always really good. They’re great about filling up your glass, picking up used plates, bringing extra things if you need something, etc. I always like the service.

Oh lord … it looks like food and there is truck full ton of it … I guess I had to try it once since«U Like Oriental Buffet» was such a perfect pitch to me — to which I answered — «Why yes, I Like Oriental Buffet!» Well kind of not really. It is an illusion of oriental food — a massive array of it. And actually a remarkable display of near food — kind of not really food. My bad. I just wanted something different and my brain power was low. I had looked at a pizza buffet down the street and opted out of that one. I guess by the time I drove in here, my stomach had taken over. EATNOW — such a simple command and directive. I did not get sick — which is always a good sign. The staff is very nice and friendly. You get to ingest a smattering of everything. There is nothing stellar. More life face approximations of Orange Chicken and the like. Bah … My complaint with Asian eateries is that I prefer a combination plate — not one huge place of just Orange chicken or Phad Thai or the like. So in conclusion — Me Not Like U Like Oriental Buffet.

As far as oriental buffets go, this one is one of the better ones. They have a good selection of food, and the Mongolian barbeque is best part. There is a good salad selection and various sushi’s, seafood’s and deserts. They have some different things to try too — I enjoyed trying frog legs for the first time here the other night with friends. The service leaves a bit to be desired, and bathrooms were a disgusting mess despite the sign that says how clean they keep their bathrooms. Prices are very fair.

OK, when they first opened I did like it. But somewhere along the way they have just quit trying. Just came from there on Dec 2, 2014 and it was awful, the food quality is not that great, even for a buffet. There were mostly empty pans in some spots, some brown meat product marked as Cod, went to get a salad and then no Ranch so I left the plate with salad on it, it was still laying there when I left. The quality has went way down hill since they opened. When I was getting my food, a cook was standing in the buffet service area just talking to someone, fairly portly, so couldnt get around him, he ignored me and didn’t move, just kept talking to a friend of his in spanish. Old yellowed broccoli pieces with a few pieces of chicken in one pan. They are now just above that dump«China Star» at Grant/Swan in quality. I HAVETAKENTHISPLACEOFFMYLISTPERMANENTLY ! Take my advice, if you don’t mind a quick interstate trip, go north on 10 to Cortaro Rd Exit and go to «New Town Chinese Buffet» next to Cracker Barrel it is much nicer and quality is much better and you can visit the areas largest Walmart while you’re there. My wife and I came for lunch. Mostly just curious. I had the orange chicken, sesame chicken, lo mein, garlic chicken. It was all very good. The sweet and sour pork had 0 flavor. The pot stickers were bland, but the sauce was amazing. All in all, not bad. I would come here again for sure.

U like buffet? Me for sure no like ur buffet… first off the bathroom in this place is very ***nasty and dirty*** I have tried lunch buffet and dinner their is no shrimp on it on the lunch time at all. Food sucks just put it that way… phở noodle soup the broth is nasty, don’t even bother eating sushi old and no selection waste of time, buffet food don’t even get me started… I would recommend eating at the wok & roll buffet on ina and Shannon… price is more but way worth it when you see what they offer

My mother and I have gone to this location quite a few times. I have found that the food is not to temperature a lot of the time. As a former restaurant owner. I have noticed that they do not use proper food handling when switching out food on the buffet. I would like to see better labeling of the product in the location of where the product is sitting. I would also like see the staff do more quality control, such as food temperature and the quality of the food. Their food tends to get cold or tends to get a hard or cold and hard tasting depending on how long it has been sitting out. Based on the price I do not believe it is worth it. This is why we have not been in lately

Pretty good for a buffet place. Definitely get the hibachi. Pick your meat, veggies, and seasonings. Fresh and delicious. Don’t waste your time on the buffet offerings unless you know it just came out of the kitchen.

This was my first visit to a U Like Buffet, and I liked it! So the name does not lie. I wasn’t sure about it having driven by the locations often, but a couple of friends took me. Everything was fine. It isn’t the best Chinese food in the world but for a dinner buffet of $ 11.99 I was quite happy and full. I got 3 plates, really went gluten, and had a lot of sushi. So happy to find loads of sushi. I had a nice plate of salad with squid(or is that octopus? Not sure?) and imitation lobster and yummy stuff. I then picked up random things, Lo Mein noodles, some kind of apple pie fritter, kim-chi, tapioca pudding, and other odds and ends. I just piled it all on and ate it. I was pleased with everything and scarfed it all down with no regards. They even have chop sticks, and give you a fortune cookie at the end. It’s all kind of a surreal experience eating this– the various kinds of Chinese and American foods with sushi. Pleasant table service and loads of refills on beverages, and they split our check into three. I’d be happy to return!

I have not had a bad experience yet. My husband and I really enjoy it here. I’m pretty sure this place is owned by whoever runs New Buffet on Cracker Barrel Road. Same food, atmosphere, décor, et cetera. We go to both, depending on our errends. Anyway, my husband and I love it. I cannot complain about endless wontons. The food is delicious and kept warm. My husband loves the sushi buffet. I love the Japanese chicken. It’s always so tender and fantastic. Everything is just delicious. The ONLY thing I dislike is the orange chicken. It tasted like plain soy sauce. Otherwise, all is great. The selection is quite large and actually kept fairly fresh. Everything is clean. I love that I can always find something for my picky toddler. The fruit is good and nothing ever looks old. They have good desserts. It’s all yummy. The staff is also very nice. The ladies always play with our kids and they are so sweet. We really enjoy it there. It’s the place we go when we just want something we know we will like, and we might even take my in-laws there when they visit from Utah.

All my comment is related to their food. I have tried most of their food. They have a variety of food there, chicken, beef, shrimp and anything that is similar to what panda express serves. Their shrimp is very small, and even though there are lots of meat, none of them are special. None of my friends like their food. Anyway, if you just want to eat a lot of broccoli beef and sweet chicken, then you can come here.

I only ventured into this buffet because my sister dragged me here! Right down the street from us, we had driven by several times and laughed at the name. I’m not a frequenter of buffets, so I really don’t have much to compare U Like to. The only thing that I Liked was the Hibachi bar. I actually had two helpings! The variety of veggies was impressive, but I was too scared of the raw chicken/beef that was sitting out(on ice, but still…). I took my plate to the chef and he grilled up my veggies with their special teriyaki sauce. I took a gander at the rest of the food. They had lots of fried foods, sushi, and a salad bar that looked wilted. It was only 7.95 for our lunch, which is a great price considering how much the mongolian grill down the street costs. I MAY be back if I’m having a craving for stir-fry veggies!
