Walgreens

This place slays me… I had a return, so got I line and hung out for about ten minutes. There was a huge line and only one register open… No big deal. When I finally got to the front the cashier told me he can’t do returns and that I should go to cosmetics.
Walked over there and then had a massive test on my patience. The clerk was rude, kept talking to her co-​workers without addressing or looking at me. My return came up as .13. Ok. In what universe does anything cost 0.13 $? Exactly. She didn’t apologize, but luckily was paying enough attention to call a manager over. Still no eye contact and still gossiping with her Co workers. She then finished (, ten minutes later) and told me my Total was $ 5.00.i said ummm. No… It’s an exchange… This apparently was beyond her grasp and she did not underStand whaT I was getting at… So, another manager came and fixed the problem… Still no eye contact and no apology. When I’m getting off a/​10 hour shift and this stuff goes down I can’t deal… I jusT can’t
Three stars only because the pharmacy staff was friendly and professional and knew how to do their jobs

I really like this Walgreens– enough that I’ve been going here for several years.
The people who work here are almost always friendly and helpful. I use this pharmacy and so far have been pretty satisfied with them.
The people that work at the pharmacy are usually (though not always) nice, polite, and professional– which I so appreciate!
There’s lots of parking, they have a drive-​thru for the pharmacy, and there are a couple of other stores in the plaza so that I can combine multiple errands into one trip.
Overall I’m pretty satisfied with this store and its location.
I’ll keep going here unless I have a reason not to.

These people are so nice and very helpful. Its in an interesting location, businesses to the East and West and residential to the South and North so it does have diverse clientele, but the staff is wonderful. I was truly amazed by how helpful and pleasant these gals are. They even pulled out coupons for some of the things I was buying which made my bill even less which allowed me to get some of the extra things I wanted but didn’t want to splurge on… Wasn’t such a splurge afte the coupons she shared.
Great neighborhood feeling, love it at this Walgreens. There is one more convenient to my home, but this one is worth the extra travel time.

This is a great Walgreens! It’s at a busy intersection (Broadway/​Swan) and can attract some interesting patrons, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I stopped in to stock up on some sunscreen and chapstick and a staff member not only showed me where the chapstick was, but she also helped me find one with a high SPF! Wow, great service!
Later, she saw me looking at the sunscreen selection and she told me about the BOGO sale they were having on the house brand.
Overall, their prices are a little higher than Target or Wal-​Mart, but I always view it as paying for convenience, which I’m sometimes willing to do (so I don’t have to park in a huge lot, wait in long lines, etc). They have great coupons and sales so you can usually come out ahead.
The cashier was very friendly and nice as well. One of the best Walgreens in town!

Needed to get some deodorant for my man. Going without it for a few days in 100 degree heat isn’t a good idea! Just your regular Walgreen’s. Had what he needed!
