This place has awful service. All the employees looked like they hated their job even managers, non of them had any sense of urgency to get customers taken care of. We waited a good 1015 minutes just to order because the guy running the register couldn’t handle more then order at a time. When will this location get a drink station in lobby so u don’t have to wait forever for a refill.

This is the only location we will eat at. The manager Nicole from this location is tremendous. She takes care of the restaurant as if it was her own. She makes you feel like family. She checks up on you and makes sure you have anything you need. We always receive hot and fresh food at this location and I believe it’s because of her. We will be fans for life because of that young lady. @Wendys

Very sketchy looking Wendy’s… As we walked in a worker yelled«Welcome to Wendy’s!!» It was kinda Awkward but hey some people are different so we just let it go. The food took about 20 minutes sadly and it wasn’t even that much. Overall not the best Wendy’s but a quick easy stop.

Ok so I RARLEY eat healthy stuff, but Wendy’s Pecan Chicken Salad is my favorite thing ever! I always ask for extra dressing because let’s be real I can’t eat a salad without it!(downside-you probably will have to as the cashier a few times for the extra dressing). Other than that the people at the drive thru are usually super friendly and patient as I order even when I have to wait a minute to get my fiancées order. Oh and their soft serve is on point! Chocolate milkshakes to die for.

Love the food! I read the other posts about getting 80% of orders wrong. I thought that couldn’t happen to us, we’re getting 3 simple things. Well, they forgot 2 of them. Good thing we were eating in. Still, I love the Double. :)

Wowww talk about the longest wait ever had to get 2 junior cheeseburger first of all its not even busy and I’m the only one in line and it took at least four and a half minutes for someone to take my order after my order was finally taken it took almost 10 minutes to get my food. Lobby services is horrible there’s no reason because of how not busy it is to get my order

This Wendy’s just cannot fill an order correctly. They consistently get it wrong 80% of the time so we have had to discontinue doing business with this Wendy’s. Even worse if you try to alert someone other than the General Manager of the store, such as going to the website, your complaint is only sent back to the G.M. of that particular store. You would think corporate would what to know when a franchise is providing such terrible service. I guess they will never know they are losing their customers. On our last trip here, after everything was handed out of the window, we continue to wait for the rest of the order. The woman just glared at us because we weren’t driving away. Finally, the woman opened the window and said, «do you need something?» We said yes, the rest of our order. She said you have everything. So we had to get out the receipt to prove to her we had not in fact received the kid meal. The meal was sitting on a counter right in front of them. Then when we got home and proceeded to hand out the food to all family members we then discover more mistakes and shortages. No chili, no fries, no dip for the kid meal. We were charged for these items, plus we were charged for two Frostys we did not order or receive. We called the General Manager and her solution was for us to spend even more money on our gas to make another trip back to their store for them to fix it. We asked them to mail us a refund or coupons but they do not mail out coupons. We feel they inconvenienced us in a big way and that they should make more of an attempt to correct their mistakes. That’s fine. There are plenty of other places that are willing to work harder to keep their customers. Good-Bye Wendy’s!
