Had great service today. Both the girls working at the counter were very friendly and quick to serve me. In fact, they were fighting to see who could serve me first. LOL.
There were two other workers there though that didn’t acknowledge any customers and were basically in the middle of a personal conversation. They should have done that elsewhere!

I have gone to this Baskin Robbins since I first moved to Seattle. Always clean and the staff that has worked there through the years is always friendly.
I LOVE Basking Robbins for its variety but also because its so darn yummy! My favorite is the two scoop sundae with Nutty Coconut and Jamoca Almond Fudge! Yummy… mouth watering even though I just had it last night!
My husband loves the blended coffee drinks and I agree they are delicious!
This location can get pretty busy in the warmer times in Seattle, but during winter and such you shouldnt have to wait too long for a scoop of deliciousness!
BTW I noticed a sign, they dont accept electronic gift cards here.

This Baskin Robbins is located inside Southcenter Mall and has been in the same spot for as long as I can remember. It is pretty much what you would expect at any of their locations.
During my last visit, they were very busy, but were more than adequately staffed and handled every customer quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.
