What to do for dessert after eating fish and chips at the Mall? We couldn’t believe our luck when we spotted the Ben ‘n Jerry’s kiosk. $ 18 later, we had two huge ice cream waffle cones. The waffle cones themselves are a sweet treat. I chose the chocolate and nut covered one. Heavenly. Yes, this is pretty pricey ice cream. But the serving size is huge and pretty much worth it. I’m a mint chocolate chip fan and their version is pretty good(although no green color). I’ll definitely stop by again when I am at Southcenter.

This was my first time trying Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. I wanted cherry ice cream, so I got Cherry Garcia, which was supposed to be «cherry ice cream with cherries & fudge flakes.» It wasn’t cherry ice cream at all; it just tasted like vanilla. The cherries were slightly too reminsicent of the unpleasant cherries I remember from store brand cherry ice cream, and the fudge«flakes» were actually substantial rectangles of chocolate. The flavor and consistency of the ice cream were just«okay,» but the topping-to-ice-cream ratio was perfect. I’ve had worse waffle cones, but it wasn’t the best. The thickness and crispness were fine, but there wasn’t a lot of flavor, and it didn’t have the«homemade» waffle cone feel that I’m used to from my favorite places. It also cost $ 6 for a waffle cone, which isn’t unheard of, but it is more than I’m willing to pay for this caliber of dessert.

The flavors were super good here — but we are talking Ben and Jerry’s. You should ask to sample things, there are always good flavors and many are seasonal or limited time. The staff was so sweet that day. They gave me samples on sticks and they were not little sample either. They weren’t dedicated works — I’ll admit that. When we walked up they were laughing and talking and texting, but after seeing me they perked up and started paying attention. It wasn’t cheap, but getting to taste B and J ahead of time is worth the pay. After trying cotton candy, karamel Sutra, and Red Velvet I went to Wal-Mart and bought them in pints. I’d would come back here in a heart beat for Ice Cream. But, I wouldn’t want to be the manager with teenage /college age staff that don’t always worry about staying on task.

Little stand on the second floor at the mall. The ice cream of course, was great. Sure, it’s a little spendy, but it’s Ben N jerry’s. What do you expect? I got my ice cream in a waffle bowl, and the bowl itself was almost as good as the ice cream! It had such a good flavor. I tasted vanilla and hints of cinnamon in it. Tasted freshly baked. I tried the new hazelnut chocolate core ice cream, and it’s amazing. It’s basically nutella flavored ice cream. Service was good, and fast.

We usually have a great experience here but on our last visit this new guy that I have never seen working here before really started skimping on the ice cream scoop sizes. We paid over $ 8 for a single scoop cone and a kids cone. The kids cone had about a teaspoon size of ice cream… Otherwise the ice cream tastes absolutely great! One of the best around. My favorite is the cookie dough.

We wound up swinging by after we found that Red Mango was no longer in the mall. And I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. The service was great, nice young lady behind the counter, and she was very patient with my son who kept tugging at the lights. I just thought it was odd that there was only one table to sit at next to the kiosk. Seriously? If we hadn’t shown up when we did, there would have been nowhere to sit nearby.

Bought a Groupon for here and was pleasantly surprised. Every time we used the punchcard — staff was super friendly, didn’t have an issue with us having a discount and the ice cream was delish…

Despite the awful recent news about just how environmentally unfriendly the greek yogurt making process is, I just couldn’t resist ordering up a scoop. I guess Ben & Jerry’s activism kinda helps cancel this out though. Mass fish genocide due to toxic sour whey or not, the bottom line is that Raspberry Fudge Chunk greek frozen yogurt is the shiznit and I will continue to allow my cone to runneth over!

Ben and Jerry’s is the best ice cream anywhere as far as I can tell. This little shop in the mall is always fun to treat myself to while I am waiting for a movie. Sure, it costs a little more, but it is totally and utterly worth it every time.

How could I not give Ben and Jerry’s 5 stars? Yum! Located right in the food court of Southcenter mall. You can try a bunch a samples before you decide.

I normally don’t get Ben & Jerry’s, because they’re pretty pricey. But at this visit, my boyfriend and I happened to stop by because a sales associate at Fuego told us that Ben & Jerry’s was having«Free Cone Day». It was being sponsored by the Washington State Patrol. We both got the Sweet Cream & Cookies in a cake cone and it was better than any cookies n cream ice cream I had ever had! Even though I didn’t pay for this scoop of ice cream, I think it’ll be totally worth it to pay for another visit. :)

Got my first cone as part of the«Free Cone Day!» Any business that will take a day to take all the proceeds/donations and give it all to a charity gets bumped up at least a star or two! The ice cream tastes fresh and the waffle cones are crisp and have the perfect thickness. Not too hard, so you can’t bite through easily, but not too thin so the ice cream soaks through. The scoopers were pleasant and helpful when trying to pick from the 25 or so different flavors. Sometimes the customer service in the southcenter mall is a bit iffy… but I had a great experience here, although for regular pricing… it’s a bit steep for ice cream.
