After discovering how good the prices, and selection are at J.R.Furniture, I continue to go back. I always request to work with Mac who has given me the best customer service, and has always gone above and beyond. He is honest, and arranges everything. The furniture arrives on time, with no issues. I highly recommend checking it out!

A fairly large and interesting selection of modern and traditional pieces, but upon closer inspection the quality of many of the pieces left much to be desired. The prices were NOT competitive at all. We must have looked too poor to buy anything because we were not even greeted after spending 10 minutes perusing the store. I suppose some people may prefer this to the ‘in your face stalkerish’ tactics at Mor down the street. If you do appreciate this ‘ignore the poor’ type of service, Dania also offers it. Having been to all of the furniture places nearby(multiple times), I’d pass on this place and just go to Macy’s Home where there is a slightly higher probability of success.

I had a really positive experience with JR Furniture, my husband and I went in looking for new sofas and the sales woman who helped us was really informative but I read the reviews and was skeptical. .so we then left and looked all around king county at other furniture stores and JRs was the cheapest and nicest furniture. .we gave them a shot and received our couches 3 – 4 weeks later hassle free! I would def recommend them and buy from them again!

This is a terrible chain and my experience with PAULRAI in Tukwila reflects terribly on his manager ROOPRAI and stores in the area. HORRIBLE — COMPLAINTFILEDWITHBETTERBUSINESSBUREAU. DISHONESTSERVICE — AVOIDTHEHASSLE! Shop at Ashley Furniture instead — much better experience. In November I purchased furniture(chair, carpet, painting) from Jay and was told I would be contacted about a delivery date. I wasn’t contacted. When I called 3 weeks later I was told it wouldn’t be until Dec 31. 8WEEKSTODELIVER?!? I ended holiday plans early and took off work to receive the shipment. Day before I wasn’t called about the time, so I called and was told it would be delayed again and would be notified of a better date. This was terrible. Rest of bad reviews on Unilocal note the same problems. 2 weeks later, I still had not been given a delivery date so I called to cancel the order and was told I couldn’t. I spoke with the manager on two more calls who kept saying I couldn’t cancel the order. VIOLATINGTHESIGNEDAGREEMENTISBADCUSTOMERSERVICE. Finally I was told I would receive the refund. NEXT3WEEKS I CALLED4MORETIMESBECAUSETHEYDIDN’T PROVIDETHEPROMISEDREFUND. This is already beyond ridiculous. Each time the person who answers the phone after a long wait each time says, «I’m sorry. I’ve given your paperwork to our manager. I don’t know what else to tell you.» I’m a cheated customer. I was sold furniture, not called about any delivery dates, waited 8 weeks, was told I couldn’t cancel the order on multiple calls despite my signed paperwork agreement, and after the refund was promised, am still chasing action by the store manager. I’ve filed a BBB complaint because I don’t know what else I can do.
