Went here recently to look for a mattress for my daughter. Dave was extremely helpful. I came into this place after price comparing different places and deciding to put my big girl pants on and buy a real mattress, not the half shenanigans Ikea calls a mattress. I searched nearby to where I was and this magical place popped up! Being that I solely rely on the Honesties that lie within the words of my fellow Unilocalers, I managed to make my way in.
I was greeted immediately by Charlie, and I’m sure glad I was! I was exhausted after a long day of moving and just wanted a seamless and pain free experience, and that is exactly what I got. I’m all about the no strings attached, listen to what I want, what I can afford and leave it at that. That is exactly what he did! I was extremely satisfied with the way he listened to me and didn’t beat around the bush and try to upsell me on something I couldn’t afford and completely turn me off from the experience.
He definitely knows how to listen, have a great time, and make you feel comfortable with the buying experience. I was in a bind and needed a mattress fast. At first I tried Mattress Depot down the block; they were rude and unwilling to accommodate my preferences. Upon walking into the Savvy Mattress outlet I was greeted by a wonderful man named Charlie. He was charming and extremely helpful. He found my partner and I the perfect bed in a matter of minutes. After a weekend of furniture shopping overwhelm I still wanted to take advantage of mattress prices and stopped in here. First of all, there are a ton of mattresses to choose from. Secondly, the customer service was outstanding. Acknowledgement without stalking. When I had questions, Erick was there. When I didn’t, I felt free to browse.
The pricing was incredible on the same mattresses we saw at macy’s and I ended up being able to buy a much nicer mattress than I would have at the department stores.
While browsing we ran into some ladies who said this was their 3^rd time buying from these guys and I understand why.
I won’t waste my time next time and will come straight here. To sum it up: No pressure, they understand the brands they’re selling, awesome prices, great selection, fantastic customer service.

My roommate and I came into the Savvy Mattress Outlet not too long ago, in a desperate search for the right mattress for him. We were warmly greeted by Erick, the store manager. The selection inside was incredible — and it was a good thing they had a lot of mattress out, as we nearly fell over at the incredible prices!
Not only were the prices incredible — but Erick was not as pushy as some other sale reps at neighboring mattress discount stores. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what we were looking for, and very helpful.
We were looking at a Beautyrest Black mattress, and Erick showed us a similar model we were looking at down the road at Sleep Country — and this one was new, and a fraction of the price of the floor model!
Erick saved us a ton of money, and my roommate is happier than a clam in his new bed! I know where I will be going when I need to get my new mattress!

This place is great! Don’t be fooled by the «loading dock» store front, it is nice & big on the inside with lots of mattresses to try out! Eric will take good care of you! This is my second bed purchase from Savy & they continue to take good care of me — Thank you!

I had an awesome experience at Savvy Mattress in Tukwila. I am very careful when it comes to buying big-​ticket items like a mattress/​box spring set, so I had shopped around before heading to Savvy. I had gone to two other mattress outlets prior to Savvy, and the experience at both was terrible. The salesman at the first reminded me of a greasy car salesman, and the salesman at the second was not knowledgeable at all.
When I walked into Savvy, Samuel and Charlie (the salesmen) ACTUALLY gave me space! They told me about the warehouse layout, and then let me check out the beds on my own. They did not pressure me at all. The beds were comfortable and low-​priced (they explained that the reason they are so much cheaper is because they don’t offer a warrantee, although they do offer a 30-​day one-​time exchange for their beds).
I purchased the BEST mattress I have ever owned (no joke — and I am in my 30s!). I called them to switch out the boxspring to a smaller size, and there was no hassle. For once, a purchase like this was easy! Usually, being a woman who shops for these things alone, I feel like I am being bullied into making a purchase — but not with these guys.
I highly recommend the Savvy Mattress in Tukwila for anyone looking for a GREAT bed at a GREAT price. I hope they don’t change how they operate, because I plan to get beds for the guest rooms from them. If you go there, and want help, ask for Sam or Charlie — they were the two guys there when I had such a great experience.

This has been the worst experience by far! I went in with my family to buy a mattress on June 10^th. They happened to have the Cali King mattress in stock and gave us a great deal. We were pleased with our purchase and were told that we’d have it delivered next day. Later that evening we get a call from the Sales guy that the mattress in the warehous appeared to be damaged (possilby water damaged) and he intended to order us a new mattress that would arrive TWO WEEKS LATER! We told him this was unacceptable and he somehow managed to find a way to get our mattress delivered for Father’s Day.
Let me tell you the wait was not worth it. We received a call Saturday night for the delivery. Sunday afternoon the delivery guys were to bring us a new Cali King mattress that had presumably been ordered for us. Instead we received a USED, DAMAGED mattress that even the delivery guys stated they would refuse to even consider paying more than $ 50! Needless to say, we sent the mattress back. I spent 4 hours on the phone yesterday with various sales guys, managers, and eventually the Regional Manager. They were absolutely unhelpful! They REFUSED to order us a new mattress as originally promised and stated the best they could do was give us 100% refund. Their excuse was that there was miscommunication and that there had never been a new mattress ordered and they had no intention of ordering a new mattress. In other words they blatantly lied to us and made us wait an ENTIRE WEEK! And even worse, they weren’t even refunding me 100%, although they stated they would. They were claiming they only saw a purchase price of less than what I had paid for. The net sum, I ended up calling my credit card company and filing a claim against them to get my full money back. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GREAT DEAL, AND INITIALLY AT THE TIME OF SALES I HAD. HOWEVER, THE AT THE END OF THE DAY, I WAS LIED TO, WASTED MY TIME AND NOW I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY REFUND WHILE I SEARCH FOR A NEW MATTRESS.
SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND ENERGY AND BUY FROM SOMEPLACE THAT HONORS THEIR WORD.

I had a root canal the day before mattress shopping and expected the same level of enjoyment. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with an awesome price and they delivered the next day. Erick had the exact demeanor that I want in a salesperson — laid back and effective.

This was about as good as an experience shopping for a discount mattress can possibly be. Charlie was funny, knowledgeable and did not rush us at all. We also got an adjustable bed frame, but it wasn’t an upsell — it was something we were considering buying anyway, but thought it was out of our price range at the other places we looked. At Mattress Savvy, we got an upscale king mattress and an adjustable frame for the same price as the mattress alone would have cost us at one of the non-​discount places around. Having an adjustable mattress rocks for watching TV in bed.
The only reason I am deducting a star is that you have to understand that you are buying factory seconds here and be proactive about inspecting your mattress before you agree to have it delivered. We did, and found a rip in the one we wanted to buy at the Tukwila location. Fortunately, Charlie was able to get us the same mattress at the same price from Kirkland, still delivered the next day, and in new condition. Five stars for Charlie, but one star off for the store for having a mattress with a rip in stock.

I came here from a referral from a friend who had a great experience! I did too! Hassel free in and out fairly quickly with a hungry 5 yr old. We tried out a few beds for about 5 – 10 min before someone came to help. I came in with a price range in mind and walked out paying what I wanted for a king size set! Delivery was prompt, quick and earlier than I expected but they knew I was on a time crunch! 10 min total for the delivery & removal. I would definatley recommend them!

I priced out beds at a couple other stores and found their prices to be less than half of retail. They only carry top-​brand mattresses. If you are looking for a cheap mattress then go somewhere else. If you want an amazing deal on the best bed you’ll ever own then at least compare prices here first.
