Sleep Train Mattress Centers

I bought a 1,200 dollar mattress in Nov 2015 after a couple months the mattress started to sink and I have to sleep in the border of the mattress after three times I returned to the store (60 days after) the salesman told me that I need to turn the mattress every 6 months. I did what he told me and 9 long months passed trough until I cannot sleep on it. I submitted the warranty claim and they send me an independent company to do the measurements, the inspector told my husband that mattress was defective. After he told us that sink was 2 ½’ inch deep, once he sent the report he changed the story. The store called and told us that there is nothing wrong with the mattress and they offer us a program exchanged by courtesy, we went to the store and look for other brand and we choose one that was 1400 they told us that we can have the mattress and box spring for 900 more. Well we do not have any other option right? so we stuck with a bill 900 and 5 weeks later I see the new mattress with a sink on the corner. Lesson learned! we never go back there to buy anything, I recommend you buy your mattress in Macy’s or any other furniture store. I bought a Macy’s mattress 12 years ago, and still feeling great.,

After lots of shopping around, got great service and feel like we got a great deal. Just went for a mattress but they actually had a bed and nightstands that were just what we were looking for. Lose a star because initial scheduled delivery date ended up being delayed a couple days.

Extremely helpful, the family got exactly what we needed, at a discounted price too! The sales staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and provided great customer service. They were also able to answer all questions and provide recommendations.

Came in here at the recommendation of a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. I was able to purchase a reasonably priced mattress that I’ve very happy with. The sales associate was super friendly, but not pushy. And he was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a moderately priced quality mattress.

I chose sleep country for their guarantee. Wow am I glad I did! The manager (Jennifer) went out of her way, and far beyond what she needed to, to get me into the best bed.
This is the only place I would ever buy a bed.

I had a great experience today with Steve at the south center sleep country USA store. He gave me a great education on the products, he listened to what I was looking for and he helped me find what was best for the support that I wanted in the price range that I was looking for. I got the best value for my dollar, he was helpful, friendly, and fun to work with.
A couple of days ago I went to the sleep country USA store in Northgate and that was not a good experience.
so if you’re looking for someone who is very helpful, knows what they’re doing and is fun to work with ask for Steve at the store in south center

Sleep country has given me my 2^nd great experience. I’ll be back here. Jennifer was awesome, knowledgeable and helped me do my entire purchase over the phone! Like magic. This time I was looking for a guest bedroom mattress, last time it was my master. Both experiences great, awesome service and knowledgeable sales people. Follow up, I’m very disappointed to have come across the same mattress for 50% cheaper somewhere else. While I will pay more for good service, I will not pay twice as much. They did honor the price match, so I’m satisfied with their service

Chad did a great job helping me find a mattress that was comfortable and in my price range. He also checked around to make sure I was getting the best price. I would come back her for future mattress.

These guys are friendly and helpful people. I spent less than what I originally thought I’d spend on a new bed and even got it delivered the next day. The delivery people were fast and courteous as well.

I would have given this review a 4 up until today. We purchased a bed on Saturday and it was delivered the same day. Both the salesman and the delivery people were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous… THEN I tried to return or exchange the mistake I made with my pillow purchase — this experience was not as pleasant. It was the same salesman and I wonder if he gets in trouble if a customer returns something? He did finally (after pressuring me for a bit and me having to stand firm) allow me to exchange my pillow… there was a caveat however… I cannot exchange this one! Really… so much for 100% satisfaction. We LOVE the bed BTW just not the high-​pressure, resistant, customer service regarding the pillow.

If you are looking for a matress, you really need to visit Scott Lumley at Sleep Country. My wife and I, along with our 2 year old daughter, visited the store for the first time on Sunday, and we were looking to buy a new matress for our King size bed. We weren’t exactly sure what would be the best fit for our family (it was the first time we needed to buy a matress), but Scott took the time to ask us a few questions up front before recommending anything. I have to say that the first matress he had us test, was a perfect fit. He even had us try a few others, just to make sure we could tell the difference.
The best part about dealing with Scott, along with his knowledge about the product, was his ability to connect with my family. He was so pleasent to deal with, and I could tell that it came natural to him. He was not pushy, but at the same time was able to explain to us why the matress would be a perfect fit for our lives. We told Scott we wanted to think about it overnight and he respected that.
We came back the next day, and he instantly remembered us and our situation. We ended up purchasing the newest Tepmer-​pedic, along with bedding and pillows, and we are so glad that we did it thourgh Scott.
If you are in the market for a matress, do yourself a favor, and visit Scott Lumley at this location. I can promise that you will be happy you did…

Without going into the long, drawn out story… After four trips to this store (due to no fault of our own) we decided to take our business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, terrible run-​around. Slow associates. Our money was not refunded properly when we cancelled our order. Associates start helping you, then ignore you for long periods of time (30 minutes or more).
All around bad experience, and we will not be back.

My boyfriend and I were debating whether we were going to buy a bed or not. We were down in Southcenter and decided to just stop in at Sleep Country to look at what they had with absolutely no intent to buy anything. To make a long story short, we walked out the door about an hour later with a new bed. Ok, we weren’t actually carrying the bed out the door, but you get the point.
The salesman was not about pressure at all. He was completely laid back and almost spent more time talking to us about cars and sports than the bed itself. He was super knowledgeable and actually listened and only showed us the types of beds we wanted to see. There was no pressure to buy in one price range over another and I felt like we could have walked out at any time without being hassled.
The financing process was pretty easy and we ended up choosing to pick up the bed the next day. Besides the typical bed moving issues, the entire process went great and we’re super happy with our new bed.
