I was pleasantly surprise. I’m usually not a fan of Mexican food but this place was good. Went during happy hour so got a lot of food for cheap price. Portions were generous as well. Tried 2 soft tacos, a tostada de ceviche, nachos and the taquitos. And they gave chips and salsa for free as well. Plus a salsa bar! Service was good as well. Will come back for sure

Fajitas were delicious. We had one beef dish and one surpreme(beef, chicken, shrimp). Unless your a big eater one dish would be great for two people. Dishes came piping hot on a skillet. Service was very courteous.

Great food, but the service was slow. Not great for a big group lunch but for 4 or less I think it’d be a hit

Absolutely love this place. The tacos were authentic and among the best I have ever had in decades of chasing this cuisine. Also had the flan, which was executed perfectly. I will be back whenever I am in the area

Had to come to Renton for business n decided to try this place. I was not impressed by the food, one exception is that my hunnys tripas came out just as requested. Nice server, friendly. Music a bit loud but it cud just b where we were sitting that it sounded loud. Had 3 tacos without the rice n beans, 1 fish taco which was way too fishy. So fishy I cud not eat it. I also ordered 2 bisteck tacos but the meat was so dry even after the 2 limes I used. I will not b back to eat here the food was too pricey n wasn’t worth the money. I wudnt have minded if the food cud justify the price.

so the controller suggested this place said she had heard great things about it. I ordered the chicken fajitas with side of rice, my food was ok nothing to brag about but the price was crazy almost $ 20. Man I could have went to Azteca :-) my boss got the wet burrito he said it was ok and the controller got the same except her veggies were completely raw and she had hardly any meat and they also charged an extra $ 2 because she wanted chicken fajita meat in her burrito. She did call and was told they will make it right(money back or remake it) Overall the food was just ok. Most likely wont eat here again mainly the price did it for me.

This is our go to place for authentic mexican food. The service is friendly and fast! The food is delicious and not overly cheesed. So delicious! Their drinks are delicious and strong also. I recommend their cadillac margarita and jarrito.

Food was OK service could have been better since it wasn’t busy, they should put a disclaimer in the menu that most of the food is pretty spicy

OK, I walked up and the place was almost empty — it was about 6PM. Hmmm should I go in or not? Well, what the heck, let’s give it a try. Cadillac margarita– really good. Salsa — excellent with a touch of heat at the end. Chips are excellent. Had the Tricolor to get a good sample. Very good! This place is worth the trip.

I’ve been staying at the Residence Inn just behind this restaurant off and on for about 10 months. Just too tired to drive to Southcenter Mall or anywhere else so I decided to try it. Tonight was Polo dinner specials night. I tried their Polo Asado dinner. I’m not big on Mexican rice so I ordered it with all beans. Very flavorful meal. Good deal for $ 10.95. I believe the regular price of $ 13.95 is a little high. For a small, «hole in the wall» restaurant I thought their alcohol prices looked to be a dollar or two too high as well, but I realize they need to pay the bills somehow. Place was less than 25% full when I arrived around 7:30PM. Now that I know the food tastes authentic and was flavorful I will be back. Maybe try a different daily special. Three stars because of price and ambiance. If it was a little less expensive I would easily give four stars. Price isn’t an issue since I am on an expense account. I believe it’s just a little overpriced for location.

I tried the pollo con mole special. Mole was a bit sweet, very chocolate flavored, not spicy at all. With the rice and cheese covered beans, it was quite typical.

I just spend three day in Seattle. I went two days in a row to the restaurant, it’s that good. I love Mexican food and this place is one of the best Mexican food I have ever had. The place is super cute and cozy and the staff was very friendly. It felt like we were eat with family. The food is well super cheap and the portions are huge.

We were looking for somewhere different to go for dinner when we stumbled upon this restaurant. In my attempt to order something light, I ordered the 4 tacos for $ 10.95(the alternative was the wet burrito, so I consider this a success). I wanted to try a variety and ordered the cabeza, lengua, al pastor, and fish tacos. Each of the proteins were delicious and tender. The al pastor was packed with flavor and the fish(tilapia) was flaky. Each tortilla was topped with a generous portion of meat and eventually, the Asian in me told me forgo the rest of the tortillas in order to finish the protein. I washed the entire plate down with complimentary chips and salsa(with extra salsa options from the salsa bar) and a large glass of sweet horchata. My dining partner ordered the tamales which I had to try a bite of(yumm!) and we also ordered the churros for dessert; which my partner enjoyed, while I found them a little too dense. We were completely stuffed by the end of dinner. The service was great too and though they got extremely busy by the time we left, the two people working kept a smile on their face and made sure to check on us enough that we didn’t feel neglected. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. I’ll definitely have to come back for their HH.

This place is tucked away in away from southcenter mall. We discovered it by accident. The food taste great it has the authenticity of a home cooked mexican food. Thr chips was warm when it was brought to our table. The chile relleno was flavorful amd tasty. They added a new salsa bar. Many options to burn your taste buds :)

It’s OK. Restaurant is clean. Semi-authentic, poorly executed. Scoop and serve meals. Carne Asada was obviously sitting in a warming container, since it was hard and salty; almost like it had been reheated to prep tacos. I am used to restaurants cooking a fresh piece of meat and chopping it up for tacos. Enchilada sauce is flavorless… maybe from a can. Beans also flavorless. can… Rice was OK, but cold. Chips and salsa are also from a bag and jar. For the price and the quality of the food, I don’t think I will be returning. Service was good! I travel quite a bit and rely on Unilocal reviews for places to eat. Sometimes they miss the mark. I don’t believe these reviews are fake, I just think these people have not had good quality Mexican food.
